HELP USA. was a experience for me.. It does have good/bad issues.. I can say security guards help me tremendously..Shelter life is not for everyone . I was bless to have good case workers n few friends.. I help make changes in the shelter I reside in Saratoga Ave n Bergen..

Unprofessional administration/leadership that does not care for the people in the shelters. If I could give them negative points then I would.

Help USA is horrible we are currently living in one of there Bronx apartment buildings and the property management is horrible my wife daughter and I have been attacked in our apartment and in the building numerous of times and Sheila Bennett refuses to help us when you call to ask to speak to someone above them it’s the same thing we been waiting on a transfer for 2 years with 6 orders of protections

This organization really makes a difference in the world. Its very hard to find the amount of time and care this organization puts into serving those who are less fortunate than others. Research them to see fully all the programs they provide.

I would give them a Minus Zero if I could. They should change the name to No Good, No Help USA. Its a joke.

I work for HelpUSA for almost 2 years I enjoy what I do as a Case Manager & would love to grow within the company if possible... only time will telling...

Do not use Help USA Because you will be disapproved of how they handle your case. I am a US veteran who fell on hard times and needed help with rent! I call for help. After I was given 6 different numbers to call and spoke with 6 different people only to find out that they would not help me because they dont help single people.
