First ams foremost it hurts. Its gonna hurt no getting around that, but Treasure P make the experience much better.

First time doing a sugaring wax. THE BEST! I usually do hard wax so I over reacted when the young lady started the process. But once I calmed down I realized that it doesnt hurt nearly as much as hard wax. I would have went in again but im leaving town. Great place, clean and welcoming. Quick and easy. Definitely recommend. Sugar Wax!

I went here to get lash lift and was truly impressed. Olga was awesome and told me v everything she was doing in detail. Altogether the procedure took an hour and I didnt experience any pain or discomfort. It did feel weird at times, but the result was amazing. Its been 3 weeks and I havent had to wear any mascara! Highly recommend!

This place fell short of my expectations and in no way matches what the sugaring experience should really be (painless and gentle). I have broken hair all over my legs and patches where hair was not removed near my knees and a bruise near my ankle from my technician getting the sugar gum stuck there and yanking too hard / too many times. I was supposed to do more services but glad I stopped in the in the middle. If you are going to brand yourself as a salon that does sugaring, you should at least know how to sugar properly. Do not recommend.

Treasure is bomb and fast

Once I started sugaring, I never went back to waxing! The first time hurt but I go every 4 weeks now and these women definitely know what theyre doing! Ive been to other locations and while you get the same outstanding level of service at each of them, this one is my favorite. They have the best variety of the glitter tattoos! LOL

My experience at this location wasn’t great.First of all girls wasn’t friendly and I felt unwelcome.My appointment was at 10:15 I assume i was first customer and temperature of sugar wasn’t feel right.It was very painful and a lot of hair was left.I don’t recommend this location.

Best location of the Sugaring NYC locations. Super clean, friendly employees, and Olga is a gem. I went for my second time to this location since it was closer to where I live. I will be going to Olga forever now. She was kind, conversational, and amazing at her craft!

Sugaring NYC is the best waxing spot in New York. Ive been to all their locations in the city, absolutely love the downtown location. Employees are always smiling and happy to explain everything. Sugaring is so so much better than regular waxing - lasts much longer, for me i had results stay for 4 weeks. Im hooked to Sugaring now. Thanks!

The Sugaring Royalty!!!! Since my sister introduced me to them a few years ago, its my go to for waxing. They have 3 locations in the city, although I do prefer the small one by Maiden Lane. The prices are decent, and they offer packages as well.

I was their customer for about a year now at their other location, but this new Downtown location is off the hook. Sugaring is much better than regular waxing that you will get in majority of salons in New York. Sugaring is much less painfull ( for me its actually pleasant ) and skin feels like new after sugaring. This technique will never burn your skin, because the paste is applied at the body temperature. All the staff members are friendly and smiling, they have everything to make you feel like at home. I give Sugaring NYC 5 star rating and my number one choice for Hair Removal in New York City.

Let me just begin by saying that SAYURI Q is the best sugaring I had since coming to your establishment at 75 maiden lane!! I have been getting my waxing from you guys for quite awhile. Everyone I had was lovely and good but I had sayuri q for first time and the very best! She was patient, professional, quick and she knew what she was during. Usually after I would have a string of hair here/there but I went home and my vjj (sorry) felt like a baby’s bottom and never felt better. The sugar waxing on my lower legs (below the knee) was good. There were quite a few hairs left but it wasn’t because of the lack of trying. It would have been nice to have them tweezed. For $45 (not including tax and tip) I would have preferred a cleaner job.

The technicians are great, the building is old and its a small office but they keep it clean. They use gloves and change them multiple times throughout the appointment so they are never double dipping in the wax. Sugaring is great, I definitely prefer it to waxing.

Let me start off by saying that I am the BIGGEST baby when it comes to pain - its actually embarrassing. So when I went to Sugaring for the first time three months ago (in preparation for my wedding/honeymoon), I truly didnt think Id make it through the appointment. BUT Aeleeny was so amazing and so patient with me and bc the results were so awesome, I am now a frequent customer. Does it hurt? Hell yeah - but I mean what do you expect? Ripping hair out of the most sensitive parts of your body isnt going to be a breeze. But if I had to choose for anyone to do it, itd be Aeleeny. Anyhow, everything is super clean and everyone is super nice. 😊

VICTORIA at Downtown Sugaring NYC is the best. So thorough and should be asked by the business to train the rest of staff. She understands the process and hair removal lasts longer when Im lucky enough to book her.

If you want to maje your lady happy. This is an interesting choice. Lol. I wont say much more. You have to see for yourself

I wanted to switch eyebrow places and decided to stop by, I was told I couldnt be seen because I didnt have an appointment but I was confused because the place was empty.

So the boss hired me to work for them mind you I have no experience at all anyway she was completely rude because after three days of training I didnt get it. I called to ask if I will be paid for my training at least the receptionist on the phone is telling me to email the employer worst business ever

I’ve been going here for 4+ years. Great service and less pain than waxing.
