The people at the front desk had no standards in high service. I would say no practice in prudence and a high disregard on anything I said. The class didnt even make up for the beginning of such bad customer service. I had a better workout from my morning routine. (Brushing my teeth.) I probably would not ever attend any Soulcycle at any location from this experience. Two stars for the cleanliness and the Lelabo products.

This studio is fantastic. Generally all the SoulCycle locations have lovely amenities and friendly, professional teams running them but I think there is something really special about this one.The bathrooms are even cleaner than most SC locations and the cleaning crew is incredibly helpful. There are enough places to sit and change your shoes (which is vitally important when 60 or so people need to change shoes before and after class) and they have some of the best instructors in the city on their roster (at least IMHO).This studio is obviously well managed and everyone at the desk seems happy to be there and help out. Well done!

Talk about getting what you pay for! This studio is pristine. The front desk staff are amazing (especially Jackie who was exceptionally sweet to me when I had a cancelling issue). It honestly feels more like a spa in there than a spin studio (aside from the fact that they are blasting music which makes it feel like a club, in the best way possible) The vibe and energy in this place is high! Your adrenaline will kick in the second you walk through the door, which is great since you are about to experience the hardest 45 minutes of your life! Dear Soul Cycle, you have a new rider :) Im hooked... PS- Yavuz is a game changer! Incredible instructor.

Outstanding customer service and a great workout--that is the appeal of SoulCycle. How many places have their own nail polish color? Reserve a bike early if you can. Its a bit pricey, so it makes a great complement to your workout routine, but its worth it!

This is the newest SoulCycle location. Plentiful showers in the ladies locker room make it a perfect before work spot over some of the other locations. Plus, its also right across the street from some amazing coffee.

SoulCycle is an exhilarating one trick pony. Top notch instructors are backed up quality equipment and customers. This specific location has great members too.

Has a huge ladies locker room compared to other locations and you arent in a narrow Hallway in sea of people before and after class. Also has a good schedule of teachers. One of larger retail selections.

Definitely my favourite studio out of all studios on both coasts, simply because of the instructors that frequent the Noho location. The crowd it attracts is a bit more laid back and the customer service is always friendly (that is, however, the case at most studios). Take Stevies class, because she means business and her playlist is incredibly motivating!

My favorite studio by far. Tons of room, great atmosphere, the instructors are the best. A must-try for cycling enthusiasts.
