This Office setting is one of the most beautiful ones in Penn Station Area. The building is first class. The building is across the street and the subway is next door. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to work this is the place. The people are very courteous and the staff is amazing. The decor is top notch. We love it here!

I used their rooftop terrace for my birthday party and I cannot boast enough how incredible of a day it was thanks to Jay Suites! Coordinating everything was a breeze and the folks I worked with were SO easy to work with! The space was absolutely perfect and I was flooded with compliments from family and friends. Beautiful, clean, spacious and right under the Empire State Building. A major shout out to Austin for making this day the best day EVER!!!! He was on top of everything all day/night and he truly enhanced the entire event. The best experience ever - I cannot recommend them enough!!

I used their rooftop terrace for my proposal. It is located in the heart of NYC with pretty fairy lights and has the Empire State in the background, which is perfect for small events. The receptionists Jenni and Chloe were also very friendly and helpful in making sure that the proposal was a success. Be careful during winter though as the ground on the rooftop terrace became very slippery.

The room is great! Just what we needed for a small business meeting.Juda Srour at Jay Suites was terrific in making sure our reservations were complete and that all our needs were met. He was extremely responsive and provided excellent customer service, making sure our rooms were reserved and confirmed. We will certain book more meetings with Jay Suites.

On 06/21/18 our non-profit hosted a social on this terrace as part of a meet and greet for a 4 day conference during NYC Pride. The staff was amazing and easy to work with from the planning stages to the execution of the event.As a Production Specialist, I have organized and coordinated hundreds of events and non can compare to the smooth process of Jay Suites. Jay Suites is a great place offering all the accommodations you would need to run a functional successful office space. The staff is professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, positive, and happy to assist whenever needed. Our transition to the space here was an effortless change thanks to the assistance of everyone from reception to maintenance, and technical support and management. All the amenities you may not be able to provide your staff in an independent office rental are available in the shared office space in addition to private offices, small & large, conference rooms, kitchen/dining area, and at all times they are immaculately clean. Its amazing the way the staff attends to the needs of a diverse clientele with grace, ease, and attention to detail on a consistent daily basis. And if that is not enough the opportunity they provide to network with other businesses is priceless. Great Space & Staff!!

Our family had planned a surprise proposal for my son and his, now, fiancé. Jay Suites was supposed to give my family access to the venue by 5:00 PM (6:00 PM latest) and the employee who was supposed to give us access abruptly stopped communicating with me minutes before our access time. Although we were able to get access with help from VP of Sales, the event was delayed by 45 minutes and we all had to scramble to set up the venue in preparation for the event. I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional nature of my reservation, especially because we gave no trouble with advance payment for the reservation.Besides hassle & anxiety, I was able to use only < 90 min. of space while I was contracted for 120 min. After the event, I tried working with Jay Suites to recoup a refund for contract breach. Their response is No refund but a 15% FUTURE CREDIT. I have decided to take a loss but will highly caution all to consider my experience.

Jay Suites provide great space and excellent service at a competitive price. The reception staff are helpful, kind and responsive; the kitchen is lively and creates community; and there are many professional conference rooms to choose from. Oh and by the way the terrace is large and has a view of the Empire State Building - I have impressed many clients there! Ive been here just over 6 months and look forward to keeping my office here for the foreseeable future.

We are a long-time tenant. Excellent staff, clean and very professional environment for any business. They have everything to get you up and running right away. The location is also ideal and convenient. If thats not enough, there is a spacious outdoor terrace with perfect open views.

I’ve been renting here for a few months. Had such a great experience using the conference room. The space was well lighted and clean.The staff was very helpful and printed out some papers when I needed at moment notice.There were drinks to serve.We were all very comfortable and we’re not pressed for time. Definitely would recommend this office space!

We have been leasing the space from Jay Suites for four months and remain impressed with the quality of service and facilities. The receptionist staff and office manager is very friendly and helpful. Management is professional and efficient. Offices and common areas are well maintained. Conference rooms and waiting areas are modern and impressive. The recent lobby upgrade is surely impressive. We also like that the billing is simple and all inclusive compared to other similar companies.

We originally had an office at the 42nd street location and I must say this is a major upgrade! We received emails from Jenny before we even arrived helping us get settled in. Upon arrival we were greeted by Melissa who was more than helpful in getting us what we needed to get done. She helped us get our security clearance done, orders for extra cabinets, phones etc. The place is always spotless and the custodial engineer Antonio is more than kind even when we sometimes have to walk over where hes mopping. He even vacuums for us when we ask. Ive been here 3 months and its been wonderful. Lunch on the terrace is another wonderful perk! In between the staff and the location, Im a happy camper.

I love how bright and friendly the place is. The reception area is very welcoming and always clean. The staff is very friendly and are very helpful to me. When i have a long day of work, i can get free coffee to get through the day. I would definitely recommend Jay Suites.

If youre looking for an office space I would highly recommend this one. Its like a more sophisticated version of a WeWork. It has an outdoor terrace with a great view (right across from the Empire State building). Its designed very nicely with a modern, clean feel and it is very well maintained. The workers at the reception desk are nice and friendly and the cleaning staff is just as amazing.

Best Office Ever! Wonderful Staff! Ive been here since 2014 and have been pleased to see the constant improvements over time. The staff is extremely supportive and kind. I pay for the answering service and they always deliver messages and represent our company well. The reception staff are always polished, which is wonderful when guests come in. The terrace is spectacular so its a bonus during spring and summer. I highly recommend Jay Suites. Ive visited many WeWorks and it is a bit too casual for my taste. Jay Suites are Executive Suites so you have privacy. When you shut the door, you can have total privacy. For the most part, tenants are respectful and kind towards one another. I highly recommend!

Ive been a tenant at Jay Suites for 2 years and my time here has been great! The 7th Floor staff, consisting of Jenni, Melissa, and Antonio have provided exceptional customer service, and exemplify professionalism. Melissa, the front desk coordinator, has gone above and beyond to assure that each individual meeting with our company is assisted promptly and provides them with answers to any questions or concerns they have. The space itself is modern, and includes a terrace, open to all tenants during work hours. All in all, our experience at Jay Suites has been wonderful thus far!

Do you like cockroaches in the bathroom? Do you enjoy offices that are never swept, mopped or vacuumed? Do you like when the offices turn off the heating and cooling at 5pm on the dot even though your firm works past then?! Really good location, the staff is always helpful and the facilities are clean. They offer conference rooms credit with the rent, which if useful when you have constant staff meetings or clients from outside. Kitchen area comfortable for lunchtime.

It has been very happy to work here. They have everything prepared. The phone, the wifi, the printers, the desks and table. You just bring your work stuffs and you can start the business. And also the location is really convenient to go everywhere, to go shopping, to the gym, to the restaurant, and to the subway. For the people who just starts the business, this is definitely a very good workplace.

I have had a really great experience here so far. The amenities are really good and the staff has been extremely friendly and when I have needed their help they have been very attentive and have been very quick to help me out. This place is disgusting! The mens bathroom are often so dirty they cant be used. Its so disgusting and probably unhealthy. Ive complained multiple times but its never maintained. Go find another shared space under better management.

Ive been renting space at Jay Suites for the past two years and I have nothing but good things to say about the space here. Its a quiet work environment, they offer plenty of conference rooms with enterprise grade phones, and its a great location. You cant beat the price for an office thats located right in the heart of midtown. The entire staff here are very friendly and well organized. Im fortunate enough to have Louis as my office manager on the third floor, hes beyond amazing. My clients are always well taken care of at the reception area, and im always promptly alerted when I have a package or delivery at the desk. I would highly recommend Jay Suites to any small or medium size business in Manhattan.

Wouldnt recommend this company at all. Unpleasant to deal with and they lied to us about the room. They did not help our event run smoothly - quite the opposite. They were assembling the room when we arrived meaning we couldnt start on time!! We hosted a conference for 28 people, which we told the room could handle - the larger room can maximum fit about 12. We squeezed everyone into one small room, with 1 bathroom to share between us. The whole experience has been a disaster!

The doors have to be opened by the security guard thats isnt paying attention. The rooms are numbered in a weird sequence so you have basically go around the whole floor to find where you going.
