Great space in the middle of the city. Weve been here 7 months and absolutely love thats its quite and the other tenants are also amazing.
Love this space! Everything is well taken care of and the staff are always helpful even with the tiniest requests. Definitely staying here longer. And the location is pretty central to everything.
I moved into Corporate Suites 8 months ago and really like the work space. Its very professional and everything is well maintained. The location is also great and you can walk pretty much anywhere.
We moved in a few weeks, but already love the space. The internet works great and the location makes it super convenient to get everywhere. And the tenants are super nice.

We have been using Corporate Suites for about 3 years and our experience has been amazing. They understand the concept that we use the conference room to show a professional look of being in NYC for our business. They bend over backwards to make sure we have an excellent experience every time we have a meeting at the location. In addition, they are professional and are big into building relationships and do not nickel and dime us. Although everyone we have dealt with has been an excellent experience, our contact at the desk Rosemary Connolly is the most pleasant person and eager to please person I have ever met in this space and has helped me out many times in getting meetings on the calendar, even those that turned out to be last minute. She is truly an asset to the company.
I have been with Corporate Suites (at two different locations) since 2003 and cant say enough wonderful things about them. Every now and then Ill visit a friend at a similar officer rental space and/or accept a sales call/invitation to tour another space and ALWAYS come back to my space and friends at Corporate Suites knowing that I have the BEST deal and the BEST physical layout (including a newly remodeled office space that makes coming to work such a pleasure). The staff are great. I interface with Rosemary C. on a nearly hourly basis, every day of the week and sure hope Ill never have to know a day at the office without her! Her support is flawless and my clients particularly appreciate her warmth and professionalism and often comment to me about how lucky I am to have her. I couldnt agree more! An all around A+ for Corporate Suites.
Convenient office space with very nice and accommodating staff. I have been in this building for over 2.5 years and when my landlord finally gave up their space below, I decided to stay in the building and move up to corporate suites which turned out to be very convenient as I had quite a bit of stuff to move. The facility is brand new and fully equipped with modern and up to date conveniences with very nice conference rooms being made available at no charge for up to 8 hours per month/office which is fine for what I do. They also have personal booths to facilitate communications if a conference room is not warranted. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not five stars is because my new office is quite a bit smaller and does not have an outside view for the same price as I use to pay before therefore biasing me in this respect. This is a great alternative for anyone looking to set up their business space quickly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss.
I needed a professional satellite office in New York, that was convenient to all transportation hubs, and where I did not have to worry about day-to-day operations. I found all that I was seeking with Corporate Suites, and have been with them for over a decade. A few years in, my satisfaction with Corporate Suites led me to the decision to make it my primary office, as the location, environment, and staff are welcoming and effective. While glitches may occasionally arise, the staff is usually receptive to correcting any issues. I would be remiss if I did not specifically mention Rosemary Connolly, who is a hidden gem. She is efficient, proficient, and an asset in maintaining an organized office. The fifth star goes to Rosemary!
When looking for office space I found Corporate Suites to be best suited for our firm. The location is convenient to Penn Station and not to far to walk to Grand Central Station as well as accessible to several subway lines. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating and always helpful with our needs. I would certainly recommend Corporate Suites to other firms.

Our company has been with corporate suites for a delightful 10 years now. The staff is friendly and always helpful! When they had to move floors, there was no office space that matched our current offices square footage and amount of windows so instead of downgrading us Paul upgraded us to an even bigger office space at no extra charge. Ewa made sure our move and transition went smooth. We moved into a newly renovated office space and we couldn’t be happier. They host small get togethers for all their floors to come together and that’s always a treat! No complaints here.
This is best conference room one can ever get.the lighting was perfect for my presentation to my buyers, the chairs are comfortable that can seat up to 8 people. it has all the tools i need, couldnt be more satisfied.Especially the receptionist, Nathalie is very accommodating & friendly on the time frame, the price is very reasonable. i would certainly recommend my colleagues or friends to book this.

The location is convenient for my commute and there are tons of nearby restaurants. They recently renovated the floors which are spotless and welcoming. On the 11th floor Rosemary Connolly really takes great care of all of us!

I have been a tenant at Corporate Suites for 4 years now. Prior to our relocation at Corporate Suites, we had experienced power outages (due to landlord not paying the bill), bedbugs (twice!), constant shuffling of offices and terrible showdown to reclaim our security deposit. My overall shared office experience spans about 9 years with just two companies. Needless to say, when I was scouting Corporate suites, they entertained every single one of my ridiculous questions and concerns. Every staff member from sales, IT, maintenance and reception have all been phenomenal. Our location is fantastic, right in the heart of Manhattan. We’re near all major subway lines from 34th to 42nd street, Penn Station and Port Authority. A short walk away from Grand Central Station. My only grievance would be that we did end up having to move offices from one floor to another and live through some construction in the process. However, it has been well worth it. Our floor looks so bright and fully of energy now. The lobby area has been updated along with the kitchen and dining areas. Our space overall is more modern, energetic and refreshing. The building itself has its own set of great staff. My absolute favorite part of my day at Corporate Suites has been our floor manager, Rosemary Connolly. She is sweet, funny, efficient and proficient. She truly is one of a kind and a total asset to the Corporate Suites staff.

Always willing to help and a friendly atmosphere. Weve been here for a few years now and cant really comment on any faults, apart from the odd glitch here and there which are quickly sorted. Staff are great and responsive and the conference rooms provide a professional environment when needed.
