I was a client of one of the big national virtual office companies that subleased space from Corporate Suites. After a while, I realized that it was corporate suites that was giving me good service. So, I dumped the national company and switched over to Corporate Suites. That was one of the best decisions I have made in the life of my business. The national company was overpriced and unable to give me hands on attention. The offices, reception areas and conference rooms are clean and professional. The conference rooms are outfitted with ample technology. The phone answering services are excellent as well. Best of all, the different service packages are all affordable and offer everything a small to mid size business needs. 275 Madison is also a beautiful building that will impress any client. This space has been my business home since 2008.

This is our companys second time renting an office from Corporate Suites in 2 different locations and both experiences were very good. We only expected to be here for a couple of months while relocating our office but we found it so convenient and hassle free that we are approaching a year in this space. One of the conference rooms available in this space is very small but you have flexibility to use another conference room on a different floor which is helpful.

I rent my office at Corporate Suites at 275 Madison Avenue. The staff here is wonderful, Lily or Yessenia help me with whatever I need. The environment is quiet and Im able to get my work done. There isnt as much craziness as is happening at a WeWork, which is good because I have less distractions here. Prices are also less expensive versus WeWork. We have a great coffee machine, clean facilities, great staff, plenty of conference room space and availability...in short, this office space has everything I need at a reasonable price.

I chose to rent an office for my marketing firm at this location. Its a pretty standard office, but it gets the job done. Im thinking of moving over to a virtual office because its a good deal for New York. I wish it was a little more modern in its styling, but its completely acceptable and makes for a good place to conduct my business. The meetings room are particularly nice.

I moved into their offices on the 14th in June 2018 after an unrelated lease with some very nice people on the 11th floor ended. They were helpful with the move itself, providing a free assistance with an in-building move. Their facilities are clean and up-to-date and include videoconferencing options in the conference rooms, which are nice to know exist. An underrated plus is their voicemail-to-e-mail capability, which means that one is never out of touch with the office, other than by choice. Staff is always professional and helpful. Costs still have that unusual fluke of being reasonable because the location is below 42nd Street.

Ive been in about 7-8 different executive suites over the last 12 years and CSB always goes the extra mile to, as opposed to others.Great locations, low prices, old school mentality of taking great care of customers, hands-on managers, comprehensive staff and more are the reasons I have been here for the past 4+ years and will continue to stay with CSB.I read some negative reviews and have a feeling that those folks dont have much experience with other similar suites. Yes, it is a business, not a charity, but you get fully staffed, furnished suites with reliable services (phone, internet and AC) - something Ive had a lot of issues with at other places, even those that boast industry leader status.CSB goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers.
