Office space was neat, clean and spacious The Front desk coordinator (Anthony) was AMAZING. Professionalism like no other. He treated us with such respect and kindness. Very articulate, detail-oriented, and completely thorough in meeting our needs while we were there. You definitely can tell the staff here take pride in what they do!! Thought it was impossible to have an experience like this, but Jay Suites have defiantly set the bar high for EXCELLENCE!

This offices are a great deal for a small company looking to grow... we moved to this office because the space is good and if later on our company grows and need more space we can talk to them to get a bigger one within the same building. Plus, is close to several subway stations, so its easy for our clients to reach us.

The location is fantastic on 36th Street and Broadway, right next to Gotham Hall. It is very easy to get to or from anywhere in New York City. Great place to work. 10 minutes from PennThe reason for the one star is the bathroom has smoked glass in between the stalls, and there is no AC, so you might as well be sitting on a toilet outside.91 degrees humid

Great staff clean Lobby.Dont ever use the bathrooms. I dont know if they dont clean them routinely or the people that use them are disgusting

The location is fantastic on the corner of 37th and Broadway, very easy to get to from anywhere in New York. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. We are new tenants at 1370 Broadway and it is a very professional office space. Our clients come in and are instantly impressed with Linda the receptionist and the overall layout of the space. Usage of conference rooms for presentations and lunch meetings are a bonus.
