Beautiful space. Empty during covid times

35 bucks day pass. nice and quiet. central to penn station. big windows. great ( unlike hotel ) wifi. other locations, too.

Fantastic team, clean bright wonderful space to work. Their leadership team was very kind to my company who just moved into the building and are dedicated to providing the best experience to their tenants and neighbors

Great place to work! Staff are always so helpful and friendly, and do a great job of creating a vibrant work environment. Space is beautiful and airy, which is extra nice in an office setting. Community members are professional, creative, and neighborly. Would recommend to all.

The admin here are so accommodating and approachable. Literally, 1 day and youre all set ;) You will miss a lot if you choose another place, this is by far the best co-working space .

This place is like WeWork minus the charming modern interior decor and the free drinks and kitchen counter. The positive is this place have high ceiling and spacious feel to it because of the all white walls and duplex set up.

The Yard staff was super nice and friendly. It was my first time at this location and I enjoyed the environment and felt like I could definitely get work done in the space. I also enjoyed the complimentary tea, overall great experience.

By far the best co-working space around: well-priced, great space (roomy and aesthetically pleasing), combining personality with a business setting.
