Great place to work! Great ambiance, nice people, and the community managers are awesome- they really take the time to say hello & make sure all is well in your co-working area. There are events monthly that are fun to meet new people. Great location (Nomad) area and close to Flatiron you can walk for lunch. I would recommend checking it out if you are interested in co-working space!

I came to The Yard on recommendation of a friend using Croissant/Day Pass! Im based in SF but was visiting NYC at the time. It is an awesome office space. I got a desk to myself, and theres plenty of coffee and tea. Its quiet so you can be productive. Theres also phone booths ( not all workspaces have this) so thats a bonus! The staff at the front desk are super friendly! Will come back next time Im here.

I’ve used a day pass twice at this location now and I can’t say enough about my experience. The spaces are tidy and stylish, the members are friendly and respectful, and the community managers are really attentive. I’ve attended an event here as well and the community managers went above and beyond to create a fun, casual atmosphere. It was really convenient to be able to finish my work day and wind down with a great event where I was able to network with members and non-members alike. The hospitality here is top-notch!

As a tenant at The Yard who has been at two other nearby co-working spaces in the past. I have to say that the Yard is the best I have found and I’m happy to be a part of the family. The staff is responsive, kind, and makes you feel at home. The space is well designed, managed, and there are many fun and creative events that bring the community together. I highly recommend The Yard!

We are a tech start up and highly recommend The Yard for small and early stage businesses. Among the features we have benefited from (and may not have known how much we needed) are the flexibility of the space, i.e., we have moved offices within this Yard to accommodate staff changes and each time has been a meaningful improvement. The Yard staff has been outstanding, providing immediate and cheerful support throughout the last two years. They have also been great when we need space for meetings, including at other Yard locations. Social events and vendor events are another plus.

This is a great place to work and be part of a larger working community. I am a sole proprietor so ease of use is important to me. Liz and Claire take care of all the details, with smiles always on their faces, and are never afraid to tackle something that might not fit into their job description.

Had a great experience! The space was beautifully designed and our office was spacious. They kept the coffee fresh and the wonderful community managers were hospitable. Would highly recommend checking it out!

As a member for almost a year - I can say that this shared office space is ideal for just about any company imaginable. Lea, Liz, Walter and the rest of the team are unbelievably friendly, attentive and helpful - you really feel like a member as opposed to a tenant.The Yard also keeps members engaged with constant promotions, events and parties, which makes the experience that much better. Finally - the building itself is an amazing work environment and fits our company perfectly.Highly suggested!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed working at The Yard: Flatiron North with a pair of talented individuals who facilitate the space (Liz Wright and Claire Pedulla). The space is meticulously well kept and managed expertly. As an added perk, theres always a ton of great events (yoga/exercise, networking/mingling, pop-up shops, events, etc) so there are always great opportunities to connect with your fellow CO-workers.

I had a private office at this location for over a year and it was lovely. Better than WeWork, in my opinion. I enjoyed bringing clients here and making friends here. They host good events with good people.Community managers like Lea also made a big difference in me feeling like I belonged in the community at work.

CANNOT BEAT THE YARD FLATIRON NORTH!My whole team loves The Yard Flatiron. Why?1) Location is incredible. Walking distance from Penn Station and Grand Central, and near every major express and local line.2) Clean and convenient workspaces. Staff does a great job of keeping everything beautiful. Coffee hot. Conference Rooms clean. Fun art on the walls and comfortable areas to get work done.3) Community -- wonderful people. There when you need a hand, and respectful of privacy when you need that more.4) Access to the Yard Network: Ive used Yard offices all over NYC; from Brooklyn to Bryant Park the UWS and have always been welcomed warmly! Each time they treat me like its my own home. This may be the best perk - having places to work everywhere.6) And most importantly, Liz and Claire are the best!!! They run the place beautifully, always there to help, and also organize tons of social events, offer free perks like meditation classes and free food.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great co-working spot.

Really an amazing place to work. Ive been here since it first opened about 3 years ago. I was previously at WeWork and it was just too loud and too chaotic and was trying too hard to be cool. The Yard is a breath of fresh air for serious folks that just want to GSD. Location is super convenient. I couldnt imagine working anywhere else. Very quiet. Great amenities (really good free coffee) and fun events, good perks and frequent food and tastings.

Came here for a team meeting and enjoyed the location and office. It was very clean and the staff was helpful. I dont work in this office so I cant give more details, but as a visitor for a few hours I enjoyed it!

I have been getting day-passes at this location over the past few months and I could not recommend it more! Liz and Claire have been the most welcoming team and have really built a positive and friendly environment to work in. All-in-all, its the perfect home base, its centrally located, quiet, comfortable, and there is free coffee!

WeWork for grown-ups! The community managers here (Lea, in particular) always take the extra step in providing tenants with everything they need. The space is clean, quiet, and friendly.

The Yard in general (but Flatiron north specifically) is the ideal workspace for companies like mine (tech startup, fast growing). The staff is awesome and very accommodating, the space feels like your office except you share it with other companies (unlike a WeWork where youre in a glass wall room surrounded by a bunch of comotion and everything feels tentative). They let you expand easily, the rates are sane, and the vibe is just what a company needs as a mix of quite for productivity and young atmosphere. Best space Ive been to by far.
