From the very Start Carolina and Joan from the GC Jay Suites Team were amazing !, I felt safe with their covid protocols and procedures. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The view from my office was amazing. I would recommend Quest to anyone looking for a secure, bright and well-managed workplace.

Came into Jay Suites with my friend who was picking up his mail. Mark at the front desk was very kind in helping us out, and engaged me in conversation. He was a delight! The floor was beautiful, and the kitchen was massive, equipped with coffee. I would definitely feel comfortable renting an office here for my business. Maybe I will one day!

I had to change my office location after being in the same place for 13 years. I looked at a few different options in the area (Grand Central) and was won over by the excellent and responsive customer service at Jay Suites. Having signed my lease, I could not be happier with my choice. Joan and Carolina have gone above and beyond, assisting me with everything from making VIP-level conference room arrangements for me to coordinating with me for clients to pick things up from the office, keeping me informed every step of the way. I am so impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff here and would highly recommend Jay Suites. I feel very good about my choice to move my office here.

When I was first looking for a rental space. I reached out to WeWork and never heard back from them. I called Jay Suites and they were much pricier. However, I spoke to Juda one of the cofounders and I told him we were on a strict budget for four people and we just needed the space for a day. He was amazing and understanding! He got me the conference room at the Grand Central location on Lexington for a fraction of the price! It was a steal! We received the best service! The manager at the location was very accommodating and helped us project our laptop to the Big Screen TV. They allowed us to order lunch in and bring our own food instead of using their catering services. Although for breakfast we did order the Starbucks coffee which came complete with sugar packets and creamers. Their service is great! The price for the location is incredible! Our team is able to easily commute from Long Island, NJ, the Bronx, and Manhattan. We are satisfied with the service and expect to continue our monthly meetings with Jay Suites at our side!

I emailed Carolina for details on what her company could provide. She was very detailed and made booking this meeting extremely easy. I needed to provide lunch for my group, she was able to provide me the name of the deli next store to Jay Suites. The entire day went very smooth for my group. I used to work in these Jay Suites offices before and I had an amazing experience. This place has all the amenities you need - large quiet conference rooms, a big kitchen with fridges and microwaves, and of course a great selection of different sized office spaces. Jay Suites is a very down-to-earth non-pretentious practical office space in great convenient locations around town.The entire staff here are very friendly and well organized. My clients are always well taken care of at the reception area, and im always promptly alerted when I have a package or delivery at the desk.

Great option for NYC office space. We went through a few office spaces in NYC for the past few years and Jay Suites is the best weve been at so far. Their customer service is very good and the facilities are clean and include amenities that help us operate our business smoothly. We really feel good about bringing clients in and having them for meetings in the conference rooms.

Our office space rental in NYC couldnt get any better. we have given a try to a few office rentals in nyc in the past few years and Jay Suites really the best so far. The location is superb and all the amenities are included which makes it easy and saves us lots of time and money. Our few employees from upstate also found it very easy to get to as it is right by Grand Central.

The best meeting space rental experience. Easy to find, clean office space, clean meeting room, everything worked, quick, responsive and professional team. They respond to my e-mails instantly. They helped find a longer HDMI cord for our use and provided technical support. They extended my time of use easily. I needed water while in my meeting. Instead of me leaving the meeting, I discreetly sent JaySuites - Carolina and Cynthia an e-mail and within a minute she politely and professionally brought me the water bottles. I needed a print out and just asked them and had immediate help and a print within a minutes. I cant say enough of how much I appreciate the professionalism and customer service. Great job and will highly recommend to all!

Great staff, great space & very competetive pricing. Ive been here for 4 years & I love it. The conference rooms are excellent & extremely professional. When my clients arrive for meetings, I always hear compliments regarding the office space & how nice it is. Any requests that Ive made to the staff here are dealt with quickly & thoroughly. Very good networking opportunity here as well. At the front desk, you are always greeted by a friendly, smiling person, & that makes a huge difference. Jay Suites Grand Cental is a great facility its right across the street from Grand Central. We started with a 2 person space we now have a 10 person space. The owners are great and very hands out. I would recommend Jay Suites to anyone looking for space. The space is amazing and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor
