Renting office space from Stark was one of the best business decisions I have made. I have been with Stark for over five years and it has enhanced my business opportunities. I have had the pleasure of working at the Stark Offices Suites New York location since 2010, and I could not be happier.The office space is absolutely beautiful. The large saltwater fish tank at the entrance of the 46th floor suites is breathtaking, and I often find clients mesmerized by it when they enter. Everything always appears to be brand new because Stark constantly renovates and improves the office space.The culture of Stark is at least as welcoming. Sandra and other Stark affiliates have always resolved every concern I brought to their attention quickly and to my highest level of satisfaction. They always make themselves available, and have gone above and beyond to help. Further, the tenants are extremely supportive of each other, and we have formed a very warm community.It is a joy to be here!

I have been a tenant since the inception of the suite, and even before it was taken over by Stark. The suite was substantially upgraded by Stark when it took over the floor and yet my rent was not increased for two years. When my rent was increased, the increase was low in light of the improvements made. The space is run in a first class and professional manner, always fairly and with very nice people as support staff. I am proud to have office space here and my clients frequently compliment me about it. The building is managed as impeccably as the Stark office suite. In short, this is a friendly and exceptionally nice environment in which to work.

I have been a tenant of Stark Office Suites for years in two different ways. I have had an office on site and have been a virtual tenant. Starks support and services in both modes has been terrific. The competent, creative, responsive, friendly staff is wonderfully adept at catering to the needs of on-site and off-site tenants. Off-site at the moment, I communicate throughout the day with the office staff and with colleagues at the office - taking phone calls, discussing matters and updating my status. I have the highest praise for Starks management and staff.

My firm, with 4 attorneys and 2 administrative employees, has been a tenant of this suite since it was first acquired in 2003 by the prior over-tenants. We have always loved being here, and are incredibly happy with the way Stark runs the suite. They could not be nicer, more attentive or more efficient. We feel so well taken care of that i cant think of a single even slightly negative thing to say about them. The reception desk is always covered and clients and callers are made to feel welcome. The conference rooms are lovely, and reservations for conference rooms are well-managed. The kitchen is well stocked and even has comfortable chairs in case we just want to sit around and have a cup of coffee during the course of the day.
