Attention all people of color: Dont go here!!! I walked in one day really early. There were several black and Hispanic guys half asleep in the waiting room. I walked in and decided to go take a seat and before my body even touched the seat I was called up. He made 2 phone calls and i had a job waiting for me. He handed me the card with the address of the location on it and he whispered to me Bring more people like you, your friends He basically told me to bring more white people and the sick thing is everyone in there is hispanic. Mind you I also have little to no experience working in the restaurant industry (hence the reason I didnt get the job) the point is they have all these skilled workers sitting there and wont hire them because theyre black or hispanic and dont speak english. Thats messed up and I will be going to a different agency I will not and do not support businesses or agencies that discriminate!!!

I just got in, the waiting area is somewhat spacious with at least 2 dozen seats. They have a Television which is convenient for the wait vary from 6-60 mins. Important to come early preferably @ opening. 3 staff members are present to attend those who need employment. The atmosphere is irrelevant, youre here to find a job not to go to a fine dining resturaunt. The service fee is $120.00 . Rating still pending...Feb 28/ Great position, better than working for McDonalds. Could do a lot better although.

The first time I dealt with Rosy and Renne I did found a job, they were very respectful and professionals thats why the 3 starts...Ill definitely wont recommend NOBODY to go with this LADY her name is Sue, for some reason every single freaking time I went there she was nasty I thought maybe one of those days BUT EVERY FREAKING TIME!!! Well my first job I got from Lisa employment when I arrived in NYC well the establishment changed management so I went there again well my second time wasnt a good experience like the first. I paid my money to sue they sent me to stoccos near Columbus circle well they treat thier safe very horrible so after 2 days I told sue I wasnt going to continue due to the working conditions. So I went back to the agency after a few days waiting alllllll day in the office. Well Renee said he will call me if any thing should come up which he didnt. So I felt my money just went down the drain. He said I had credit but didnt want to refund me. So be wise going there. We are paying for a service not begging them...

I loved using this agency and I liked it more than Elenas oblivious. But from that two years onwards, your service has declined. They send you to very bad places to work. They dont send you to what you asked for. They have you waiting, even in the office for a long time. and they always tell you.
