On June14,2020, I applied on line to this “so called company “, for a live-in Nanny position. I did all the procedures that Ms. Leticia asked me to do. I went the extra miles & walked back & forth 3 miles to the nearest business store to scanned to her my second resume, references & another document proving why I wasn’t working actually. After spending $ 2.45 in order to scanned all these documents, I called her & after avoiding me a couple of times she finally took my unexpected call to tell me that she did not received the documents & according to my emails she only received the last one dated on July 16, 2020.But guess what! I did not send her a email but only scanned her the requested documents. Why lying to a participant when “you” can’t offer a position? Is that just in order to keep your job & get your “so called company going?What a big disappointment, lost of time & money as well! 😩

If you’re looking for an agency in NYC, do not, I repeat, do not go with Greenhouse Agency. Lorenz called me asking if I could come in for an interview today or tomorrow. (Mind you it was 2:30 when he called) When I told him I couldn’t make it either of these days but can next week- he proceeded to demand an answer as to why I couldn’t come in. I told him my reasoning and he kept saying “that’s not an excuse”. Finally settled on an interview time, hung up the phone, looked Greenhouse Agency up on google, saw the horrible reviews, and responded to his text I just received from him. And THIS IS WHAT I GET BACK.They clearly do not care about NDA’s. If you care about your privacy andprofessionalism, steer clear of this agency.Pictures of the messages I received from Lorenz.

Absolutely unprofessional attitude. I called this agency one week ago to inquire about a position that provided little details regarding a start date and the gentleman that I spoke with was rude. Firstly, he did not display very good or professional phone etiquette. Secondly, when I inquired about the start date of the position, he asked “when are you looking to start?” I stated that I wanted to start in January, because I was relocating to New York City at the end of December. He replied with “oh no, that’s too late. Where are you now?” I told him that I was in Atlanta, to which he laughed at and said that’s too far and you’re in “Coca-Cola country.” What did that have to do with the question? And why does it matter where I am currently...I just stated that I am relocating from Atlanta. That’s okay. I’ll take my masters degree and years of experience working with children in both the public and private sectors to a more professional and highly recommended agency.

Run. Any agency that leaves a review about how lovely it is to work there has a problem. They are rude and unorganized. You go in and there are five desks crammed into a room. Papers EVERYWHERE. they flip through them and pull out a job. If one doesn’t have a job, they’ll pass you to another one. It’s freaking ridiculous. But they aren’t going to change because SOMEHOW, they keep closing positions and raking in the moolah. They tell you to interview at a moments notice which is impossible if you’re working or not. This is a crazy place. Don’t do it to yourself.

I’ve been a nanny for 10 year and I have never experienced lack of professionalism from an agency until now. I was clear in my need and want for a live in nanny position. Tsering assured me she understood this. She set up an interview for a family who wanted a 5 day a week nanny. It was not a live in position like I had specified. Tsering tried to tell me that live in positions are 5 days a week. This is simply untrue. Live in positions are 7 days a week. Schedule is dependent on agreement but live in nannies live in when they are on and off duty. Not only did I explain this but I sent an article explaining this as well. I was ignored. Tsering proceeded to try and argue with me about how I was wrong. I am very disappointed in my experience with this specific agency and will be using others instead.Please do your research on the different types of nannies before you look into hiring one. This agency is an example of someone who doesn’t understand how the industry works. I highly recommend interviewing and working with other Agencies.

I interviewed with this agency a while back, with the owner Julia, who asked that I come in for an interview in regards to a position. Agency followed the usual NYC agency bait and switch technique, posted and interviewed for one job offered something totally different with way less pay. Would I recommend? No, way, just read the reviews!

This agency staffed an illegal alien at my home. The claim to have done a background check which clearly didnt happen. The nanny then stole from my home and I had to fire them. I asked for my placement fee of $7,800 to be returned to me and I was told that wasnt possible. This is a scam service. If you are a mother or father of children I beg you not to use this service. They have zero concern about the safety of your children and family.

This is such a WASTE of TIME agency. I was desperately looking for a job, I called this agency and they contacted me right away gave me an interview, they said the job was available and all the false promises that can be out there and nothing. I kept emailing Yulia, she made me feel as if I was lying about my past income, and she never replied back. She even asked me things that Me as a discreet employee could not reveal about my former employer. Very unprofessional!! I had all the qualities that has gotten me jobs int the past, verifiable references and this agency made me feel quite the opposite of who I am. Dont waste your time girls.

I was hesitant, because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent agent. Leticia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and find the right candidate.

I think this employment agency should reconsider their work ethics and re-train their emploees and read them the laws of the united stayes. They called lawful permanent resident ( green card holder) illegal and told her that her Social Security Card was fake and she has no right to work in the US . This is a discrimination and shouldn’t be going on in the Staffing Agency . It was a well respected agency which helped so many immigrants and american families .. I respected Glen and his father. I’m embarassed that I recommended this agency and the girl had to be treated this way ! You need to help people with an employment and you are not an immigration officer . And if you want to play an immigration officer learn how to check passports for the stamps and Alien numbers !!!! Shame on you GreenHouse !P.S Thanks for your reply Glenn . I would give 0 stars. I interviewed at this agency for a nanny position, met with Tsering who at the time vocalized how qualified I was and how I’ve been underpaid and was happy to help me. Told me she could get me something with much more pay. She was between a few families which none of which I was offered in the end. She made it like it was an issue on their end. So she said to call back and keep doing so to check in. I did within 2 weeks, twice. After that I knew quickly this agency wasn’t worth it. Didn’t have to look up reviews to figure it out. Well over a year, she texted me! I guess she was getting into contact with all those who had applied. In short (as I since deleted the text) it said she had something available and wanted to see if I would still be interested. Wrote her back something like no, it’s been so long, you never got back to me after my calls, and I’ve since found a full time job and to please delete me from her contacts. What prompted this review? I just received a general email from Tsering about available jobs. Aside from this, their agency was a mess. Papers everywhere. So unprofessional. Please try somewhere else.

Yesterday, it was interviewed for a job that promised to pay $ 350 gross, before leaving home I asked if the job was available because even for those who have a car, driving to Manhattan is not less than $ 50, I was interviewed, all my papeis were OK, but the interviewer found my reference weak without what is also Ok, she have right for her opinion and I respect that, but I have over 15 years of experience working for families, checked background, just all testes! Also I have Nutrition, nursing experience they offered me a job by half than was combined! And the first time Im going to an agency looking for work, because I was in college and I lost a lot of my contacts, if you are starving this and the perfect place to find work or they just stay with to half of your payment, be careful in dealing with these people.

Disgusting. This one woman Leticia Urgilez is SO NOT professional. Her desk is a MESS and on top of that she interviews you so with absolutely NO respect. Makes you feel like youre lying, GOOGLES references IN FRONT of you. A references phone number came up with another name and she is ignorant that she thought i was lying. When you work with Ultra High network individuals sometimes their private lines are NOT in their name for obvious reasons (PRIVACY) She tells you what Youre Fit for rather than what YOU yourself tell her about your work experience, qualifications and education. It is absolutely disgusting. She basically took the phone off my hand when i was calculating an average salary for a position that had different schedules and hours. She was like You should know off the top of your head Umm NO I shouldnt being that my head is not a calculator. The lack of respect and treatment for job applicants is unbelievable. Then she had the NERVE to cross out something on my application that I WROTE MYSELF because she couldnt see how I was fit for that role. I am SURE that if some of these high end clients that submit their position openings to this agency actually SAW how they speak to candidates they would be APPALLED. I have 10+ years experience as a domestic, I send my resume, got an interview and met with the owner Yulia. Yulia seemed nice at first but as soon as I told her my requirements for the position I was searching for she gave me a very nasty look. I simply need a 40/45hr, LIVE-OUT, located in NJ/Manhattan area, she said I need to take what shes offering which was a LIVE-in (50/60hrs a week), 60K a year. It was a no brainer for me to say no thank you as I was making 62K working 40hrs before so why take such a huge pay cut with no benefits offered nor requirements I needed. Long story short I tried to contact Yulia about other opportunities that matched my interest a bit closer and never got a response or a call back! This agency is professional to say the least they just pile jobs on people, that search for work, but refuse to make a good match between workers+clients. Yulia never even checked my references, but said she mentioned me to a client I was interested in meeting, think that was a lie 2! Stay away from these so called professionals they will use you and abuse you!…Horrible….

This agency is a nightmare, the owner woman doesnt have any idea of customer service, she is just crazy, yelling and screaming at job seekers, she is aggressive and unprofessional. I would have given 0 star if I could. she is bossy and has an attitude, nobody would like to work with them.

They post jobs on craiglist and make you come in thinking the job you sent your resume to is available. Once they make you fill the application and references, they tell you that they have no jobs available. Once my mom stated she was hispanic, they started giving her attitude.
