WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE JOBS AND THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.I highly regret coming here to earn money. All they do is send you to restaurants and give jobs that pay you even below the minimum wage. Im still waiting for my partial refund because they did NOT give me a job within the salary range that I wanted initially. Trust me, this is one hell of a place that you should NOT come.You are better off at another agency and even find jobs by yourself.If you think youll make money here, then think twice. You are just wasting your time here.

Very unprofessional staff and disrespectful. It is not nice to call people they are not good enough for a job after all they didnt make a good effort to place me in a job. They just wanted my money. I called politely to ask for a partial refund as they didnt get me a job. Rosa hung up on me and disrespected me. Thats is not a professional way to respond to a claim.

Pretty much never got my money back, i got tired of calling and they would only give me the run arounds, i pretty much went to give my money away, i never got a job and asked for my money back, the lady would say she couldnt give me the money because it was in the bank or some other excuse, i have kids and am a single mom, this people don’t care to steal your money. 🤬😡

I would give 0 stars if I could, but sadly I cannot. Horrible service, they take a super long time to find something for you, and its not even suitable for what you asked for. Then, when you ask for your money back that woman just simply yells at you and curses (Rosa was her name). I wish I had read the reviews before actually going there.

I made a account just to tell people how awful is this place.Just how everyone has been stating there professional scammers.There always busy or out for lunch.They have been taken to court Ive been told already to.And they still dont learn they lesson.Rosa lady is nice but she has her childs working there and they are really bad and dont know how to work properly.But they make sure to take your money and never give it back.Im going to also consult with a lawyer this week and see if I can sue them.This is the worst agency in Nyc. Probably the worst business in Manhattan behind garbage disposal.They might as well be in the same profession.There thiefs and dont do their jobs properly.The girl there is always lost and has an attitude and never does anything.she dresses very unprofessional and gets upset if you say anything even a compliment.The man there is always rude.This place is really getto.I doubt there even licensed it seems so under the table.I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone unless you have no other options and cannot legally get a job.Even then Id probably look somewhere else.Good luck. 0/5 *

Worst experience here.. Do not go here its already been three months no job. And every single time whenever I call them and ask for miss rosa, they say 20mins or lunch break. I paid twice and not got a single job.Ridiculous people just want to curse them.

I already have more than two weeks. The jobs that Rosa sends are fourth and jobs that I didnt ask for. Deli stuff! I could get my myself. Apart from that when I call he tells me I already call you at 5 and he never calls. So I had to go to the agency and there I sat waiting to waisting my time! I asked for my money and the mess is that one waits 7 days plus 14 days. And in the end they never return anything. More than me, I speak it for people there, people without documents more than anything else. They have asked for the Silver and its been a month and nothing and thats what he told me today. I went to see Rosa take me out like a dog with her gestures and everything. And to what I went down to see my Mother who also paid by the way there was another lady who gave 150 and after a month they do not get her a job or return her money.
