They told me to renew the contract with my current employer instead.Waste of my time, give you false start date, and false information all the time.These people are giving me trust issues.

Not sure why they thought a Senior Level Interior Designer would want to work at a furniture store as cashier restocking merchandise. One of the qualifications was that I must be able to climb a ladder. Unfortunately I did not acquire that skill in college. Did they even glance at my portfolio or resume once? I dont think so.

Very polite and professional recruiters. I went for an interview and everyone was sweet and nice. They try to match best candidates with openings they have so I guess sometimes you dont match what you expected to apply for but thats a recryting agency, thats how they work, so im not sure why you people are complaining.

Utter waste of time with this people. They reach out to tell your portfolio or resume or both look absolutely amazing they will call you in for an interview and one hour later a random person will sit you down and quickly go over your work, say something like you have a lot of great experienceand then will email something like this:The exact positions that are advertised may not be open at this time. With that said, we are not working on any roles at this time that fit your backgroundIf so, why bother calling me in the first place! I rather search by myself than listen to this people tell me I have great potential and the tell me that nothing fits my background. -_-Save yourself the subway ride to go see this people. Not worth the time either.

Very unprofessional and as many other reviewers stated, felt like I wasted my precious time without getting any results.Similar phrased follow-up from the owner to all bad reviews is as generic and mediocre as the organization itself. Maybe they employ some offshore team to do this.But seriously...awful! I am not going to recommend to anyone. Stay away!

Worst fashion recruiting agency. For my first experience with a recruiting agency it was the worst. They called me with a few possible jobs and then I would never hear back from them until I reached out. I would have to reach out in order for me to get a response back about a job I was offered. I met with a recruiter 4 months ago and havent been sent on one interview. They get you excited for a possible job offer that your interested in and called you about and then you dont hear back. I had to reach out to them in order for them to tell me the job was already filled, so why even call me in the first place. Definitely dont recommend this place at all.

I was called in for a position I applied to online. Once I got to the agency they have you fill out all this paperwork. I met with someone and she asked what kind of position I was looking for (umm youre the one who called me in for a specific position that I applied to!). Come to find out that position was already filled. I should have listened to the previous reviews but I am unemployed and was desperate. This was a waste of my time and train money.

Lost amidst the fancy office and website is the basic ability to match employer needs with employees expectations. 4th floor simply attempts to place a candidate into ANY position that is open. It is irrelevant to them whether or not the hiring company actually performs on ANY of the guarantees that 4th Floor makes, or if the position is a suitable match.At best, 4th floor is unprofessional and lacking in the ability to locate successful and sustainable careers for their job seeking clients. In reality, 4th floor makes promises and commitments that are disingenuous and misleading.Not recommended.
