Met with Alex, our meeting was quite nice actually. However, big promises zero yield! He said even if the prospective client we had scheduled to discuss wasn’t a good match that he’d get back to me rather than just file me into their system.After all I did take the time to commute out three hours door to door but after our meeting started the email pong and no resolve, at all. He didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a long awaited phone call or feedback after having even submitted (IF?) to his client Morgan Stanley.I would never recommend a placement agency that hasn’t the courtesy to do as promised. Move onto the next staffing agency there’s plenty out there guys, and gals!You don’t want to waste precious time and monies here trust me, from my candid experience 🤯😤😣

Doug Klares (CEO), Rob Rush and the entire team over at ICS (infinity Consulting Solutions) are the ABSOLUTE worst people to deal with! I do not recommend them as a recruiting firm or staffing provider.If you have a contract with them cancel it now! Stay as far away from this firm as possible. If you do business with them I guarantee that you will regret it.

Tried to work with the guy name ->Marc Maxis. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & A HUGE TIME WASTER. Like no way to describe. He calls all the timelike a spam caller, for no good reason, Called 100’s of times but not about any real job. Very annoying personality. Can’t place anyone to any job but waste time . Say “oh sorry that position has been filled” . That’s the massage u gonna get from him . They overcharge the client and pays way less to the candidates. . Will give u false hope and waste ur time. Never had a real job call but he likes get ur info ahead. Then offer you the lowest rate. A HUGE TIME WASTER. They don’t treat candidates well. And I heard they are not doing well in the business anyways, because of their lack of experience and low quality recruiters in their company that’s why good clients don’t work with them. Spoke to the account manager regarding this, he is another unprofessional. So no wonder, it seems like he built his team with all unprofessional hopeless guys from street, who has no perpose in life and treats others the same way. Learned my lesson will never ever work with them. They are just recruiters, they don’t even know anything about the candidates job structure and position, but they come up with all annoying negotiations, just avoid these losers.
