This is the most unethical staffing company I’ve worked with. After I accepted an offer and resigned from my previous job, they told me they couldn’t pay me the hourly rate we had negotiated and I ended up taking a cut. On top of that they were pushing me to start the role earlier, which I declined because as a courtesy I wanted to give 2 weeks notice to my former employer. Additionally they make you waste a lot of time during the recruiting process.

I had a terrible experience with this Aston Carter Location. For the record, I am writing this review one week after my so-called interview with Adam Kolinoski. He reached out to me on June 28, 2018, and invited me for an interview. I confirmed the interview he setup for 8:30 am, July 3rd, 2018. The day of the interview, I went to the office on time, as anyone must, but the meeting never happened. The office desk notified him a few times that I was waiting to be seen but he never came. After 35 minutes, someone else (I apologize I cannot remember her name) comes over to tell me that I was going to be interviewed by her--at that point I realized that I had to leave with the worst impression of Aston Carter. I waited one week to give Adam Kolinoski a chance to apologize for failing to honoring his own meeting, but he never did.I know there are many candidates out there, but Aston Carter should know one thing, there are so many recruiting agencies out there too, that would want to work with me, because I do whatever it takes to show professional courtesy to everyone. Do you show professional curtesy to your candidates? No one did to me, after failing so bad.I am not mad, I was a week ago--today I am giving the feedback that will help your company to do things better with candidates that are not reading this post, or ignoring it.I will never work with Aston Carter again !!!!
