Hi everyone,I would just like to say Ive work with 2 temporary agency before and Aerotek is by far the best. I wouldnt even call them a temp agency. I worked with Vinny he also kept me updated on reports for the job and actually got me back to work with in 1 week of working with him. Ive have never been more greatful to be able to work with such a fast professional company before that cares about getting people back on their feet and with great opportunities and careers. Thomas Barresi and Hailee Deforge are the worse. These people do not respond to their emails. Thomas is very rude, unprofessional and never available.

Called multiple times no one picks up or bothers to call you back if you leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional do not waste time trying to call them and getting someone to pick up.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in my life dealing with an agency. They put me through a rigorous test and kept calling me constantly. then when I finally went to the position that they assigned me to, I worked two weeks of backbreaking work and then on the Friday that I was supposed to get paid I DIDNT EVEN GET PAID, because of their blender with my direct deposit. Then when I tried to call their third party group ( populas) they were uncooperative and I WOUND UP NOT GETTING PAID AT ALL!!. Im still waiting for my money!!!

Abbey helped me out and it was a great experience! I have tried many different hiring methods and by far this was the smoothest, most responsive recruiter and company I have ever used. The process was seamless and I would highly recommend them!

Let me start by saying that I have met some folks at Aerotek who do not seem at all invested in the well being or success of their clients. I phone interviewed with one manager who spoke to me like I was a chore, and some HR admins who were incredibly unprofessional. Even they couldnt deter from the insight, diligence and follow through that I experienced with Chantal F, which is who these 5 stars are for. She is someone that Aerotek should recognize as a truly exceptional member of their team.Chantal was an advocate throughout the entire process- checking in at regular intervals before, during, and after the interview process at UncommonGoods. With her help, I actually ended up in a higher paying role! She was always supportive and HONEST. I asked her some tough questions and her straight answers led to me holding out for a role that Im really enjoying. She even checked in 2 weeks after I was hired to see how I was doing which let me know she was really invested in my success.Yes this is a seasonal role, but its at a retail company that has grown year over year since 1999 and has a great reputation. Im never going to complain about a steady paycheck, the opportunity to help folks and an environment that will absolutely help build my professional experience.I cant say thanks enough to Chantal, and hope that Aerotek recognizes her talents to be as valuable as I do.

My experience with Aerotek was met with professionalism from the moment I was contacted. Koskia was very knowledgeable in the hiring process and made the experience smooth. I cant thank her enough for being there when I had questions about the contract I was given.

I received a call from Otto to come in for an interview on 12/10/19. Arrived on time and was dressed accordingly, expected some good results. During the interview I was told about a job offering with TomCat, which is a bakery production company. Although the interview seemed to be going well, the pleasant personality I was receiving from him mustve been a front.The downfall of the interview mustve been my resume being incomplete. I received a contact card to resend my revised resume via email. Attempted to email Otto, and there was never a response from him. I wish he was more upfront with me. I didnt live in NYC where the interview was held. And felt my time was wasted.

Ive worked with other employment agencies, and a lot of different recruiters in the past, but none have been as professional, or as on point as Christina.Christina was quick, efficient, and clear about every step of the interview process. Aerotek has been extremely helpful, transparent, fast, and they genuinely care about you as a person. Im 100% a real person and Im writing this review on my own free will (they were really that great). I know some companies pay people to write fake reviews.I worked with Joseph who has been nothing less than AMAZING! He worked around my schedule, went the extra mile, dropped off extra copies of my resume, and took me out to lunch to see how my first week was going. He really took the time to build a relationship with me and get to know me. I told him my needs and expectations of a job and he gave me different options. I graduated college and moved to New York from North Carolina and I hada hard time finding a job that truly makes me happy.There are so many people in New York so its extremely hard to find a company that cares about you and be willing to hire you. I highly recommend this company! They have you come in and do a mock interview, give you feedback, and make sure that youre more than ready for your interview. They will not throw you with just any company or in any position that you dont feel comfortable in. They are honest and will tell you the benefits and hardships of the company. If you need a job they have your back and wont give up on you!
