I can only speak for the Atlanta office, as that’s who I worked with for the hiring process. I specifically worked with Christine and she was/is nothing short of incredible. She was super responsive, actually looked at my resume and is an absolute sweetheart. I’ll just say this much—I interviewed with Christine on a Tuesday, and by the end of the work week, I was hired for the position that I had been seeking. She truly helped to turn my life around and she’s awesome at her job.
Alex Morgan from 24 Seven Talent reached out to me regarding a marketing position at a gaming company. I got on a phone call with him and he told me I would be an amazing fit for his client. When I talked to the gaming company that he was helping, it turned out I wasnt what they were looking for at all. Both the hiring manager and myself were confused why Alex even had us have a meeting. After I tried reaching back out to Alex and he never responded back to my message that I directly sent back to him.Unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
Wow where to begin.24Seven has such a dedicated team working get new business and once we were comfortable giving them a shot; they focused on getting us the best placements for our needs, not to fill quotas!Refreshing for sure! Will recommend you all my friends and business acquaintances.
May be the worst agency out there. I had a recruiter contact me a few days ago - I told her I was living in florida, I hadnt really worked since the death of my Mom etc etc. We finally connected on the phone today she asked where I was living. Why havent I been working? Then she asked if I had any experience working with Pfizer which is CLEARLY written on my resume. These recruiters should not have jobs. I dont understand why anyone would pay them commission when they do not read emails or pay attention to clients resumes. So unprofessional. I will not work with them again. They need a whole new staff. Creative circle runs heads and tails around them.
Would leave 0 star if I was able to. Full of false promises when you first meet them - then silence. Honestly would advise against anyone wasting their time contacting this agency, unhelpful staff who dont seem to make any attempt at helping you to find work or provide guidance or advice.
I was a candidate at 24 Seven before working for them and had a great experience. 24 Seven works with exciting companies, whether you are looking for freelance work while youre in school or looking to take the next step in your career. Ive been working here for 6 months and Ive never been happier. I highly recommend.
I came to 24 Seven almost 5 years ago as a candidate and wound up getting a job internally. Over the past 5 years Ive been able to grow in my career, build my skill set, and have met some incredible people. I recommend 24 Seven whether youre meeting with a recruiter for placement or to interview for a role internally.
When I first moved to NY and was in between jobs I came to 24 Seven as a freelance candidate. I found my recruiter extremely knowledgeable about the job market and what was available. It can be hard moving to a new city without a steady flow of income. Everyone at 24 Seven was welcoming and made me feel at home. Im very grateful for my experience here.
I interviewed with them. The recruiter was a half hour late. She was dressed in a T-shirt and Jeans. I was supposed to interview with other recruiters. I was told they were busy. I would receive emails about job positions. Would get them late in the evening on the night before. I would respond and they would never respond back. Its not worth your time. I felt judged and discriminated. Im not a 25 year old party girl anymore.
The person I met with was very professional. She know a lot about the technology field and had a lot of great advice but I have not been contacted by anyone about a job posting for months! Youre better off finding a job yourself. I gave it an extra star because of the friendly staff but other than that its useless!
I should have read the reviews before agreeing to work for them. The assignment itself went smoothly, however it took nearly a month to get paid when I should have been paid the following week. After numerous emails back and forth and the company re-issuing the check, I finally got paid. All this while my recruiter, Samantha, continually prodded to me to work more assignments without expressing much concern for my situation. Stay away!
Major cons: 1. ) 3 weeks late on payment when we were supposed to get paid in a week2.) incredibly rude receptionist who had a terrible attitude when i was asking her about why the payment was delayed and why nobody has called me to resolve whatever issue there was ..if your going to be nasty to people you probably shouldnt be a receptionist ???????3.) low rate for BA jobsnot really worth it at the end of the day .. can easily go somewhere else and get paid more if what your looking for is a BA job.they have these open houses so the recruiters can make their commission easily ..instead of them going to find the people the people come to them .. i get it .. once your booked and work the event it was clear to me they didnt care to help for anything after that.no thanks.
The process is a complete waste of time, you interview with the agency for them to potentially guide you in the right direction with jobs and they rarely do that. I feel as though my time coming into the office and reaching out to the recruiter I dealt with was a waste of time. Will never go through 24seven again.P.S- they send you random jobs without looking at your location, I had a recruiter send me a job for Florida when I lived in NYC, who does that?
If you are lucky enough to actually be called in by a recruiter after applying to a job on their out dated job board - congrads! I Advise you to then follow up with that recruiter or try to accidentally speak to someone else in that department you are interested in. They have high paying jobs, so you have to be in it to win it! If you dont fit the new village look things wont fly your way like magical dust. If you look like them, are under 40 then definitely try them!
Natalie Bowden reached out to me on LinkedIn. This lead to an interview with Fendi. Natalie emailed me the day of the interview to ask how it went. I told her it went well, I actually ended up seeing two people. Two days later she responded saying that was great news, she would “reach out to the team now”, and get back to me. I never heard back from her so I emailed her again after a couple of days. She said she hadn’t heard from the team yet but she would get back to me. It’s been over a week, I’ve sent Natalie several emails, and she’s simply ignoring me and not even responding. Totally unprofessional, not to mention a lack of human decency and respect! I shall spread the word to stay away from 24 Seven Talent!
Ive been very happy with the assignment I got from 24 Seven and my recruiter Rachel Pennacchia has been more than helpful with every step of the process.
Won’t be going through 24 Seven again to find a job, a change needs to happen with the recruiters in place at this company
There’s a reason this company has a 2.6 rating on here, it’s a complete and absolute waste of time. You’d be better off taking your job search in your own hands than trusting this supposed recruitment agency with the task. I’ve been on an initial interview in their office with Nicole Biscardi and never heard anything from them again. After this review, there might be an automated reply right under, with an apology and a suggestion to contact customer care, save it: use the energy to improve your jobseeker/recruiting relations instead.
Great Company to work for and the pay rate is off the chain . Also the Clients they send me too on job assignments are very friendly and professional. I would recommend 24 Seven Inc.
DO NOT WORK WITH CANELLI. This place is terrible, everytime you want to speak with anyone you cannot. They always make an excuse. Canelli never responds to her e-mails either and leaves you floating in the air wondering whats going on. They truly dont care about you, only their commission... so they submit multiple people for the role & make up a lie when they dont request an interview with you. By far, Canelli has been the worst person to work with. I dont recommend this place to anyone, because they dont take you serious.
Wish I can give this place a zero. Please do not bother working with Canelli. There are always finding an excuse to not reply to your e-mails or questions. You will never get an update with her, unless you write her 3 to 4 times.
Ive been getting emails about jobs for months, and every time I call/text/email back, I get nothing in return but a shes unavailable or try a different method of contacting her. Ive even tested this by responding to an email within seconds, still nothing. Its just been a huge headache. Id give it 0/5 if possible.
A company that doesnt care at all about the candidate. Deceitful practices are in play. Offering unethical reasons for a job being posted that is no longer available. Contacting candidates about openings and then never following up. Candidates are passed from rep to rep to no avail. And what is the deal with everyone there being a young attractive female, (based on LinkedIn images). Somethings not quite right internally.I have tried to use this company for 5 years and have NEVER had a good experience. No call backs, no responses to emails, excuses galore; I was in the field, I was traveling, shes in a meeting etc.Just stay away and dont waste your time. Youll save yourself a lot of aggravation. Looking for a job is hard enough without these unprofessional children making it worse.
Place is a waste of time. Someone by the name of Natalie Bowden emails me about a temp position in downtown Chicago. When I immediately responds that Im interested, she ignores my response, instead of saying something like the position has been filled. Shortly thereafter, I phone her New York office and the screener puts me on hold for an extensive amount of time, probably hoping I would eventually hang up. Finally, the screener comes back to the phone and says you can email her. Little unprofessional girls in the new corporate world, I guess you could say!
They are unprofessional, racist, and complete garbage. I wouldnt recommend anyone work for them. They cut your hours, days, and time without notice. They are unprofessional when it comes to responses, if at all, and some of the staff are racist. They prey on those who may not have any other options. They exploit those who need the money. I wouldnt recommend working for them. The reviews dont lie and take it from personal experience
My experience with Amanda was incredible, and I could not be happier with my current job! So helpful, and since it was my first time working with a recruiter I was a bit nervous and confused on the process but she was so open to all my questions and really walked me through the process!
I am shocked at these reviews honestly, I always had work mostly as a freelancer (nyc) when I worked with Kathleen Ogrady. There must be a change of staffing.
Dont bother!
