The worst you can see, they keep sending you for different places where the employers arent even looking to hire... one and twice and even 6 times or more.And if you ask for your refund you have to wait more than two months to get it, thats if thyey gonna refund you.

I rate 5 star because they give you Job. if you have a good experience, then you are good at where they place you! This is a genuine agency and I like their understanding and the fact that they always try to place you where you want and not where they want. You cant put the blame on the agency if you not ready to work or lack experience that a Company they placed you needed and you get sacked. Good job to Elana and their staff. I saw some bad reviews and I dont know what theyre talking about. I love this place. Ive been coming here for 10 years and they always do their best to help me. Sometimes I can be hard to work with and sometimes the season is not great but the ladies are always working hard to fulfill my needs. And if you think you can have a bad attitude and still be given special treatment then youre wrong. Just be patient and show some respect!Thank you ladies for always doing your best.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with them. They sent me to a place that doesn’t exist (yes. I have proof). They tried to sent me to a pharmacy (what? I was looking for a cashier/hostess position in a restaurant) but they gave me the wrong address. So I ended up taking the train and plus walking for almost one hour (that first November snowing afternoon/evening) for nothing. I got mad, but I decided to go back and give them another chance. But, I changed my mind when I got there because they said that I COULDNT FIND THE ADDRESS. I was SO DISAPPOINTED. I know that we all make mistakes but, don’t blame it on me. The problem here is that they didn’t want to take the responsibility even when is their fault. I asked for a refund and the lady said she wouldn’t give it to me. Then she said she had another job. I said I wanted to see it but I didn’t want to work in a Deli (I have years of experience in fine dining) and guess what? She gave a Deli to go. I gave up on them. On first place they broke my trust. Then they didn’t take the responsibility for their mistake. It was such a waste of time, money and energy.

I highly recommend Elenas Employment Agency. Out of all the agencys that I have been to this one exceeded my expectations. The office is very professional and they treat you with respect. When you are a new client someone interviews you immediately and takes down all of your information to make the best job match possible. They send you out right away and if for some reason the job does not work out they will not stop until they find you that perfect job. The girls that work there are very pleasant and know their job, will definitely return should I need to find another job in the future.

This is the best place to look for a job if you have experience working in a restaurant or a deli. The staff are nice and kind, but most importantly they wouldn’t let you go back home without a job.

Please do your research ! This agency DOSE not find you any job! They send you to random places in hope someone may like you and hire you ! BEWARE!!I am never the one to speak negatively about a business however this Agency is the WORST!!.They do not actually get you a job, they only send you to random places in hopes that the employers may like you. Most of these employers are only looking for one specific race (If you are Spanish, you may stand a chance) .Not to mention the fact that they send more than 1 person at the same location. An employee by the name of ANGELICA is so disrespectful and snobby. I have wasted time and money dealing with this Agency. Often times person are in the office looking so disappointed. One of my friends also told me he had to wait months before he was provided a job. Would never recommend this place.

I got my first job but i think most of the job is only dishwashing and delivery. please if you guys can check the salary befor sending someone, your agency will be the best but most of poeple complain about the payement. for 12h and 6 days some people get 350 per week, and i think its not normal.
