I am in the middle of this staffing agency and how I feel about it. While I think I am ready to move on and accept that I wont find work through Premier, they do have a few decent things to highlight. First, they have a pretty interactive candidate platform that is relatively new and that will hopefully help people find work. Next, the individual I was paired up with for consulting was always responsive and perhaps my skills and work desires dont match up with any of their clients, but I feel negatively about the fact that I did put some effort in to updating my Ajna profile, but never did get any job postings to consider and apply for over the span of two months.EDIT - June 2021 - I have done everything from this google review response including reaching out to my assigned candidate success manager via email, their im feature, her LinkedIn, with no response. Switching to 1 star. My goal of returning to work following a covid layoff will not be coming through Premier Talent Partners.

As a response to the response I received from premier...I rescheduled my first interview because something came up. On the rescheduled date, when I called the recruiter for directions, she told me that she had a meeting for the time we agreed upon. I was already in the area. A few minutes away actually. She could have reached out to me the day before by phone or email to let me know to either reschedule for a different day, time or suggest a video call. I did my part. Don’t make it seem as though I was late or cancelled last minute. No your recruiter dropped the ball! No thank you. No longer interested in having anything to do with this place!!!Professionalism no longer exists! I applied for a position online for an open position they had. Namisa F reached out to me and we scheduled an interview. I traveled all the way to Midtown from the Bronx, spent money that I didnt have to get there on time. I ended up walking in the opposite direction and called her to let her know I was a few minutes away but needed some directions to the office. She told me that she had a meeting at 9:30 which was the time of my interview with her. I told her I was already down there. I was only a few minutes away. She said her assistant would call me to schedule a video interview. What?!?!?!?! Yeah ok! you can keep your video interview!! She could have easily called or emailed me to reschedule instead of having me come all the way there. I had to pay someone to watch my 2 month old son just to be turned away how I was. So disappointing. Dont waste your time with this place. They are far from professional!!!!!!! Id give no stars if I could.

Premier Staffing is an excellent partner. As a client of theirs, they worked with us on a huge staffing effort in a very short amount of time. They were also very flexible with changes and pivots to our staffing needs and we truly viewed the relationship with them as a partnership. I would highly recommend Premier Staffing in NYC to anyone!

If I could give this a no star rating I would. My original appointment was at 11. I was running early so I called to make sure it was okay. Chelsea, said it was so I made my way over. When I arrived in the building, she told me it actually was not okay and wanted to know if I could wait around. I decided not to wait around however, I went shopping at a few stores in the neighborhood and realized I could make for a 12 noon appointment.I called Chelsea to make sure it was okay and she told me to come on over. Hayley Ricks was in her office and ready to meet with me. When I arrived, she took my coat and said she would let Hayley know I arrived. I was sitting within earshot and view of Chelsea and never heard her call anyone.She then came to me and said we could go over to the seating area to talk. When I asked her what happened to Hayley, she said she was in a meeting. I was perplexed. I said to her, I thought she was available? Chelsea said they all work together on the same clients so it was no big deal. She would take notes about me and pass them on to Hayley.She scribbled down a few things and we were done within 10 minutes. Before I came in, she told me there was a specific position she wanted to talk to me about. All of a sudden that position was no longer a great fit.It is my belief that Premiere Staffing does not want to work with black women. She completely brushed me off and rushed me through the appointment. Im sure she didnt pass along any notes to Hayley and Im sure I wont be hearing from them about any opportunities.Black women, do yourself a favor and stay away from Premiere Staffing. They are racists!

Hmm, reviews so far seem to be communicated by people with axes to grind so let me the odd duck who takes to the internet with something positive to say. Rhianna & Co. have been wonderful to me, extremely communicative and personable. Had this current thing not worked out with them, Id say the same thing (maybe not post a review, but whatever).So yeah, anyway, giving them a well deserved 5 stars, and in my experience 2 stars is standard in the staffing agency biz. Only complaint I can think of is that they dont provide you with free Fiji bottled water for your interviews. I cant be the only one who gets dry mouth for those things, and Fiji is the only water Ill drink.
