I took my Son’s nintendo switch to repair and was charged $120 to “fix” I picked up the console after a week and when I got home I realized they did not fox the Nintendo switch. I immediately went back to the store and the repair tech admitted that he was unable to fix the console, however he only refunded $50.Second incident, my PS4 was not loading disc games, paid $80 for the “repair” but the problem was never repaired. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! NEVER AGAIN.

I live in Dyckman Washington Heights Kobes world has been around for so many years and the staff there are always welcoming and friendly very knowledgeable about their products and what theyre capable of doing. I always bring all my electronics Kobes world to be fixed they have very reasonable prices.

My tablet stopped being able to charge the morning before I had to fly out of town for the holidays.I took it to Kobes World & explained that I realized I was hoping for a miracle here!Not only did they put a rush on it (due to it breaking the day before a trip), they were extraordinarily kind & pleasant people.And YES: they fixed it in less than 2 hours, for a very reasonable fee. I am one happy traveller!Cant recommend them highly enough.

It was good place they are very perfessionsl and they are on top of everything. They fixed my tablet properly but it had dark spot around it they didnt know the issue. They help me out by lower the price of the screen in a reasonable amount and even bought the case for it which I appricate it. Other then that everything else is good I will definitely go back to fix many other of things.

A nice mom-and-pop neighborhood shop. Andy quoted me a price a little cheaper than the competition to fix the screen on a Pixel XL. As a bonus, he also repaired the faulty headphone jack for a few additional bucks, which the big repair outfit -- youbreakifix -- said would never work properly. It works great now. It took a day or two more than estimated, but they had to order special parts. The work was carefully and expertly done. Im very happy.

I had a iPhone that needed a connection inside to be fixed, I had Bought a screen and said they’ll put it in for free but to charge 150$ you already know is not free is included so why lie. We have enough corruption going on in our lives for a neighborhood friendly Business to try and do the same, just disappointing .

When my ps4 didnt turn on after cleaning, I left my ps4 at Kobes world for about a week they found that the power supply wire had problems and fixed the problem. Only charged 35$ pretty good. Better than buying a whole new PlayStation 4.

These guys have been there for more than 17 years. Not sure how they havent lost their building lease. But Im happy they havent.

Took my mac pro for repair here. I had spilled some soda on the keyboard and my keys were sticky. i took the mac to the apple store and they tried to charge me about half the cost of my computer 1400 to do the repair. I therefore decided to take it to kobes world were they charged me a reasonable 45 dollars. It took three days but they did a great job and my mac is a joy to use again. I have repaired psps here and now my mac and they always do a good job. Highly recommended

This place is a rip off! I took my iphone 4s to be repair there, not only did they damage my phone but they gave me the wrong phone back. when I went to pick up my phone I was given someone elses phone I learn the hard way I had someone elses phone when I decided to go to the apple store for help. They told me my serial number was incorrect and the inside of the phone was missing pieces and screws! This place is Ghetto and run poorly STAY AWAY unless you want to be phone less for over a week & go through HEll.

I currently have my xbox here and am waiting for them to repair a tray open/close problem i had with it ill giveem 5 stars if they can fix it ive been going here all my life to buy games and stuff its a good hood spot for what its worth

But I waited two hours for my cell phone to be fixed .. just to dry it insideThey fixed one thing and damaged anotherIt was a waste of time and moneyThey charge a lot for their service. $$$$$ 85 dollars to dry it inside only. I said no and he told me that for 65 then and in my despair I told him if I paid 65 dollars to dry my cell if that service costs 20 dollars in others places. I went there because they were the only ones openI dont say never. But I hope not having to return to this place would be my last last option.And I dont recommend this place to anyoneFrom my experience. Maybe yours is better
