Had my phone fixed her about 2 weeks ago - my screen began fading and discoloring. I went back to the location for assistance, as there is no physical damage since having my screen fixed. I dropped my phone off and I return back an hour an was told by the tech, you have a small crack underneath the screen caused by pressureAs you can see from the pictures, there is not damage to my phone screen. Instead of just replacing the screen, he found a total bogus minuscule crack UNDER the screen. That very well could have been caused when the screen was replaced.I have not dropped by device since having it fix and being told of a small crack under the screen is ridiculous.Although the initial service was great its pretty unfortunate that my screen was not replaced for what I feel was their error is fixing my screen initially.

Came here to fix my iPhone XS screen. It was working at first; but as I was using it more throughout the day, I realize that there are some part of the screen that’s not very responsive. I have to sometimes touch part of the screen a couple of times in order for it to response. The response time is not as smooth and the color is a bit off. Check your product fully before leaving the store.

Most people on here needed a phone or laptop fixed. I only had a set of beloved Boston Acoustics BA635 computer speakers with a broken adapter, which Mobile Fix took care of promptly. Good work, gentlemen! Best $35 (cash only) ever spent.

I went to find out how much it would be to replace my s8s screen and the technician there suggested a tempered glass protector since it was only a hairline crack. I told him I dont like the loss of screen sensitivity but he the one he sold me is much better than others Ive used. He even put it on for me. He could have sold me the more expensive replacement screen but didnt and I respect that a lot. Id definitely go back to them.

Fixed my phone in 20 min. It was 8 pm and I was leaving for Europe at 6 am the next morning when I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. Nowhere else was open and I thought Id have to go phoneless, but they were able to fix my screen and get me going. Super nice and super good at what they do.

I live on Columbus circle in NYC and I COME ALL THE WAY HERE FOR ALL OF MY TECHNOLOGICAL NEEDS! When I first came in with a shattered phone, I couldn’t have walked into a better place. So when I walked in I was greeted with a very welcoming hello. The nice young man was very attentive, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. When I showed him my phone he directed me to speak with the technician who is extremely intelligent and fixed my phone. When I picked up my phone it looked just as new as when I purchased it. It had no scratches and went back to working the way It should. I then purchased a glass screen protector and a very pretty protective case from this store. It has been over 3 weeks and my phone is working absolutely great and I dropped it like 6 times and nothing happened. I reccomend the everybody to come to this store, I guarantee you that you will receive the best service possible. I’m going back there in a week to purchase a different kind of case because I want something blingy for when I go out. I can’t wait to go back! Great customer service - great shop - this the place to go to for all your phone needs! got my iPhone repaired in about 10 minutes just by looking at the tech work you can tell hes an expert and i would only fix my iPhone with an expert. it took quite a bit of time but i found the right place to trust to repair my iPhone 8. the prices are truly the lowest in the whole manhattan... beautiful store you should check it out.

Stopped in to see about fixing my sons completely ruined iPhone screen. The technician was friendly and gave me a fair deal on replacing the shattered screen & battery. I only had to walk around the neighborhood for 30 mins for the whole thing to be done. When I had the battery on my iPhone officially replaced at Best Buy it was slightly cheaper but I had to wait 4 hours for the turn around. The store itself is SUPER small so dont expect to hang around.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time because this business ripped me off and made me feel uncomfortable. I needed a new cellphone case and screen protector, and I wanted to purchase from a local business to avoid buying from Amazon. I was browsing their selection when the owner began asking me invasive questions (Where are you REALLY from? - racist) and made me feel uncomfortable. After changing the screen protector (which is worse than the one I had previously and makes my screen look pixelated), he then charges me $50 for two items that would normally cost me $10 total! Because he made me feel so uncomfortable, I paid and quickly left, but I will never frequent this business again and I recommend that others do the same. This business overcharges people, and the owner is rude and takes advantage of his customers. There are other cellphone repair shops that will do better.

They didnt fix my Motorola screen. Its loose. I cant use the touch tone feature on my phone. The guy rolled his eyes at me when I came back to have them fix the problem. Sally the manager told me to come and she will take care of it but shes never there. I have to buy a new phone but the fact that I wasted my money with this cell repair store makes me angry. Maybe the Better Business Bureau, will have to be involved. What a God awefull place!!!!

Service was kind kind, helpful, and fast. The replacement screen is OEM quality - you cant tell the difference between the old screen and the new one. Took about 30 minutes to have it replaced.

I wish I could give zero stars. Im simply writing this review because I was fooled into thinking this place was legit based on previous reviews, instead they broke up my iPad screen even further and proceeded to inform me they couldnt fix it after giving me the run around for two weeks! Once I finally got a refund the manager accused me of not giving them enough time...they originally told me it would only take 45 minutes. They asked for payment of the service first only to have me come back and find that theyd replaced my black screen with a white one instead of calling me to say they didnt have the inventory. They told me the new screen would be sent to them in a week but when it finally arrived the tech was unable to connect the screen properly and then the home button stopped working. They asked me to wait another day but after two weeks I needed it back for a business trip. Each time I came to their shop or called they made it seem like I was somehow bothering them when they were failing to provide the service they originally planned. I was honestly baffled at the lack of customer service and hope this review will help others avoid a headache in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I accidentally dropped in the toilet bowel for like half a second. In a misguided attempt to salvage it, I pried to screen off the phone forcefully. Seemed like it would be an easy repair and was originally told it would take 30 minutes. It ended up taking 6 days to get back from the back office, at which point I turned it out and found it wasnt connected to a cell network, and said No Service. I brought it back and their first instinct was to ask if the bill was paid instead of thinking they might have made a mistake. No apology was offered for this. Finally, 8 days after initially bringing it in it was finally fixed. Their technicians failed to communicate timelines to me effectively, failed to test the phones basic operations before hand it off to me the first time, and I had to continue to spend my time and energy on trying to fix and obtain my phone within timelines promised time and again, while no apology was ever offered. If anything, I was made to feel hysterical, degraded, and despised for my frustrations over the service I received. It would be the easiest thing in the world to say Im sorry that youre frustrated, and were doing everything we can to fix it. Instead, time and again I was told that communication on their part had been good, technology is complicated, and that I was unprofessional. I felt demeaned, ignored, and detested, when I was just trying to get my phone fixed in a timely fashion. Im also pretty certain that if I were not a woman, I would have been treated differently. I emailed my experience to them, and once again, they just told me that they were professional and give 5 star service. Its classic gaslighting, and Im sure theyll say they were professional, but a true professional would effectively communicate: giving new estimates when deadlines pass, apologizing for delays, apologizing for NOT PROPERLY FIXING OR EVEN TESTING THE PHONE, and offer a refund, none of which happened.
