Takes way too long and they don’t answer phone calls at any time of the day.I called every other two days and they told me the same thing everyday. And they want you to pay a down payment and even if they can’t fix your console they keep the down payment for their time.what a bout the amount of time I couldn’t use my system? if your a gamer I wouldn’t recommend you would miss around two and a half weeks of content because of them. It took 2 and a half weeks for me to get my system back and when they called me I was not available to be pick it up but when I am they don’t answer the phone.

I was so pleased to discover that xCubicle certainly lives up to its reputation! After dealing with an enormous crack that covered up most of the screen in my 3DS XL for ages, I sent it in to be repaired by xCubicle. They communicated with me very well and sent me my 3DS back pretty quickly. Unfortunately there was an issue with the replacement screen since I had a limited edition model, BUT I let xCubicle know about the issue once I had received it, so then they asked me to send it back and they completely fixed the issue without asking for an additional fee (since, yeah, it wasnt completely fixed the first time). But I am so, SO happy this could be resolved through xCubicles communication and professionalism, because with a little patience my 3DS XL is once again in perfect working condition and I am delighted to be using it a lot again! xCubicle really cares about listening to its customers and making sure you get the repair you paid for and feel satisfied. They even read my notes I attached to my console about putting the little bumpers Id pried off back on top of the screws and placed in a baggie. 3DS XL repairs are not easy to do yourself, nor is it easy to find a reliable company who does them, so I am incredibly grateful to xCubicle and I highly recommend them! My 3DS was well-packaged both times it was mailed back to me, too, plus they always gave me a tracking number.

My PS3 needed servicing. My game disk would not play once inserted. I took it here to xCubicle and the repair was excellent. I had a severe issue with my ps4. I took it to 2 other shops one was very rude and the other not even in the state. When I came across xCubicle I had basically almost given up hope. Quick recap I use my ps4 to communicate with my husband whos in another state at the moment thats how we spend time together. As well I also make videos so losing my ps4 was devastating. I came here after making the boneheaded mistake of ripping out the power supply connector from the motherboard in my PS4. Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. My old xbox one s suddenly died. I remembered walking past xCubicles old store front years ago. I looked online and read their reviews. I decided to give them a try at their new Wall street location.I was late due to the trains and they were very kind to wait for me even though they were closed for the day.They quickly diagnosed the issue as hd failure, and quoted me a really great price. I even asked them if it was possible to upgrade the hd to ssd. And with in just two weeks I was up and running again w/ a noticable difference in start up speeds and performance. I went there because my hdmi broke and but I went to 3 different places before going there but they made it worse so a month later I decided to try to fix it here and it was worth it the wait the guy was friendly and told me to come a week later (worth the wait) now it’s been more than 6 months and my ps4 still works like nothing happened to it.

Fixing the console took longer than expected and XCubicle was very accommodating in getting my console to me asap. Because it took longer to fix than planned, they sent my xbox one x to me via mail, covered the cost and downloaded my game so I can get right into playing. Had my 3ds xl repaired here. it came out perfectly fine and Im happy with it but given the time with the pandemic there will be delays or some given time to repair. So understand that before the repair could be as least 2 weeks. But overall it was a great experience.

Mostly great! Repaired my N3DSXL device, but required two trips. I got the impression that xCubicle didn’t want to do the second trip to finish the repair job, but they did and now the device works as good as new.

Im looking for a store on Google that can repair a PS4 controller and after doing some googling and reviews... I saw the reviews for this store and became intrigued. All I need to know how is if they fix a controller for PS4?

In 2015, I was roughhousing with my friends. My 3DS was in my pocket at the time, so when one of my friends tackled me, I instantly knew something had gone wrong. My entire 3DS screen was full of dead pixels and it broke my heart to abandon the console I had put well over 500 hours into over the last few years. Recently, I picked it up again and saw that the dead pixels had spread to most of the screen. Since Nintendo doesnt repair 3DS systems anymore, I looked to xCubicle since it frequently got the best reviews for their service. And let me tell you, they absolutely deserve the stellar ratings they receive. I live far away from their office, yet in a week, I already recieved my 3DS back from them without a single dead pixel on the screen. Furthermore, the system looked better than it did when I sent it in. Im giving xCubicle 5 stars because I doubt any other repair company could match the precision, speed, and quality service that xCubicle gave me. I remember the day when they used to be in a little corner and I would just sit outside until they fixed my systems, ahh man the memories I had with this great place. And, I was wondering how much will you guys charge to fix a ps4 controller?

Dropped off my Xbox one, had problems displaying anything or just staying at 480p. When I dropped it off I explained, its most likely the retimer chip needs replacing. A week and two days go by to tell me we check your system and told me exactly what I told them the problem is. Then offer to replace the entire motherboard for over 200+ instead of just the chip which is a lot cheaper. I ended up taking it somewhere else and they fixed the Xbox in less than a day without swapping the entire motherboard, just the chip.Ps. At least the lady there was very nice.To their response. That option was never given to me. Just a motherboard swap. Never was told about ordering another part and waiting for it. In their own words Its concluded it to be something to do with the GPU processor that controls the HDMI output. WE DONT REPLACE JUST THAT PART, so its considered a complete motherboard replacement if you want to go with that option. Its pretty much like getting another system.

Told me my packet was on the way they do a great job telling me about the turn around time the got the product less than a week ago already fixing the problem in center back couldnt acts for better thank you so much

I went in about 2 weeks ago to get my switch shell changed and they did a really good job.Only thing is my pause button is stiff and wont even pause at all during gameplay smh

I took my PS3 60 gig for service. The service is good but my complain is they scratched the exterior shell pretty good and deeply. Other places Ive gone too this never happened. I wasnt too happy with the deep scratches their is no way to polish that out.

While visiting NY I sadly broke my Nexus 4 phone. After a quick search on the web, it appeared that this store offered the repair service for cheaper than other ones. I went there at 4pm and left my phone to Vic. He told me he would need a 2-hour to replace the full digitalized screen. I finally got an email only 1-hour later to advise that my phone was ready for pick up. Now my Nexus 4 came back to life and I can proceed with my journey in NY using it normally. The staff was friendly and answered my questions accurately. I recommend the place for phone repairs!

Brought a New 3DS XL here for top screen repair. The repair itself is incredible, it looks like it just came out of the box. The only problem is that the repair took 15 days, when I was told it would take 3-7, and I wasnt told about any problems that would cause such a massive delay. Had this increase in repair time been communicated to me, I would not hesitate to give this place a perfect rating.

A good choice for when something goes wrong. They also sell used consoles, but Id call to make sure they have it in stock first.

Brought a Nintendo DS in to get fixed. When we got it back, it was making a clicking noise opening and closing. Within a week it fell apart. People are going to catch on fast to your scams. Definitely taking parts out and replacing with garbage. We needed the charger fixed, that was all. And Stop responding to every review you receive and do your job fixing our stuff and we wouldnt be writing these reviews. Also..offering $5 discounts to future customers and asking them to write reviews is very lame!! I would recommend anyone having problems with their Sony/Nintendo device to go back to the Sony/Nintendo, they have a program where you mail back in your game and they fix it. It takes a few weeks but its worth it, because they guarantee the work. And once you let a place like XCubicle fix or break your device, it voids the lifetime warranty that the device carries. They can tell if an outside company works on it. Save your hard earned money and avoid this place.

I took my PS3 to Xcubicle because it got the dreaded Yellow Light of Death. These guys were able to repair it in a couple of days and its good as new! The fan they installed is kind of loud but they tell you that ahead of time...I definitely recommend them if your system craps out on you!!!

My 3DS wasnt working and I needed a Motherboard swap. Tried to do it myself and showed up with the pieces next day. I went on a Sunday to explain what was wrong and asked if it could be fixed that day because it was my birthday. Drop off was at 12:30 PM and pickup was at 3:30. They fixed my 3DS with a discount and wished me a happy birthday. I never experienced such nice and helpful customer service in an electronics repair shop! They will definitely get my business again. The Best service I have ever had, was a 15 minute ride on subway was worth it, (I live in Hells Kitchen). I needed my Nexus 7 screen repaired, xCubicle was only site to give me a price list on line, everyone else wanted a description and then they would consult me for a cost/price. I just felt a hustle coming on . So I dropped my Nexus off on Saturday picked it up on Tuesday, payed $80.00 and I was done. I am still getting estimates of $120. to $140.00 from other companies LOL
