If you are in need of a book by a certain timeframe DO NOT ORDER YOUR BOOK FROM HERE. As a student I made that mistake. I needed the book today and I ordered it at the very beginning of last week. Giving it plenty of time to arrive within their 6-9 day shipping. A package from them did arrive, BUT WITH THE WRONG BOOK INSIDE. The paper attached to it with the rental information had the name of the book I did order. Therefore they’re process of renting books is not trustworthy. I spent $43 dollars to rent Technical Communication 12th Edition by Mike Markle. What I received was Media in Society by Joli Jensen. Tomorrow I have a quiz on the first chapter and after speaking to the representative from customer service, all she could do was tell him to ask my professor not to give me the quiz. Very disappointed. I actually cried on the phone with her, and I still am crying. Starting off the semester with a bad quiz grade is not my style.
