I worked with Forster-Thomas last year on my applications to business school. Tom and David were a fantastic duo to work with, each being very knowledgable in their respective areas. Tom helped me make essays stand out, while David knows exactly what admissions departments are looking for and will help tailor your resume and application accordingly. If I had the chance to go through the application process for business school again, the only change I would have made is to retain Forster-Thomas sooner. After working with David and Tom, youll never wonder, could I have submitted a stronger application? With them, you simply know youre putting your best foot forward.

I had a great experience with Forster-Thomas! In particular, David Thomas was very helpful as I thought through the entire MBA application process, and Tom Locke was extremely helpful as I thought through my essays. Most importantly, they are both awesome guys and a pleasure to spend time with. I have only the best things to say about Forster-Thomas!

I had a wonderful experience working with Forster-Thomas. Everyone I interacted with was extremely personable- they took the time to get to know me, in order to help me shine through in my application. They took me on when I didnt have a GMAT score, and helped me work towards my goals, no matter where I ended up. I also loved that I was able to reach my points of contact via email, text, or phone call. It was never hard to get a quick answer.David and Tom were excellent, Id highly recommend Forster-Thomas to anyone!

I retained Forster-Thomas despite a healthy amount of skepticism. After all, its an upfront payment that could buy you a used car with absolutely no guarantees given as to outcome. However, I signed up because I found Davids uniquely honest manner refreshing. As someone with a good but not great LSAT and a very low GPA, he told me straight up: apply to the top law schools, well do what we can to help, but dont hold your breath. When I asked if my then dream school, a school ranked in the 30s, would take me he said, without mincing words, there is a good chance but dont count on that either - you can probably get into a school of the same tier if you put in the work. Two years later, I am writing this a week into my education at a top law school I did not even dream of attending, having applied with below average stats during the toughest admissions cycle in recent history. I also turned down significant money from a half dozen schools ranked higher than my original dream school. There is ZERO doubt in my mind that it is Davids advice that got me here and that retaining Forster-Thomas was the single best investment I have ever made in my life. His team (each member a consummate and well-credentialed specialist in their role) walked me through every aspect of the application process from timing, to school choice, to which factors given schools prioritize in their admissions - usually relayed in Davids no-nonsense and highly entertaining manner, which eased my considerable anxiety about the process. Then, the work began. I worked on my essays endlessly, with constant revisions under tight deadlines on top of a time intensive job, until I wrote something that, looking back, I can be proud of.However, here are some things Forster-Thomas doesnt do:1) They dont write your essays for you - they give you advice on things like formatting, ask leading questions to draw out stories you didnt realize you had, and tell you if youre on the right track, but the entirety of the writing is your own, as should be expected. If you want to use this service as a high-end spellchecker, you will be disappointed.2) They dont babysit you - you are an adult retaining a high-end service provider and it is 100% on you to make appointments (the firm is quite busy, so winging it last minute is a poor approach), get your essays done on time, and generally be a responsible budding professional making the most of your investment.3) They dont lie to you - if you want someone to tell you that you can go to Harvard no matter what credentials you have, Im sure you can find someone who does that. Davids team sets realistic expectations and puts the pressure on you to live up to them - or in my case, exceed them vastly.Thank you David, Evan, Ben, and anyone else whom I might be forgetting for helping me achieve an outcome I thought was well beyond my reach!Unfortunately I wasnt allowed to use my school email for this to show the truth behind the words.

Frauds. Stole $8,000 from me. They set a morning meeting for me via an email that arrived late the night before said meeting. I didn’t see the email in time, and didn’t confirm for the meeting. They immediately stopped working with me after I didn’t show up to the last-minute meeting that I never agreed to, claiming that I’d broken my contract with them, and kept my money. The charity they run seems like a front or tax evasion scheme.

I was so saddened that the experience turned out to be the diametrical opposite to what I had anticipated. Piggy-backing off the comment below - save your patience, time and willpower - this group of people made my life much harder than it needed to be when in fact their sole purpose was to simplify the task at hand. As previously mentioned, David does not do his part of the work, nor does he ever reply to emails and above all you will have to chase after him for him for anything to be done. Even when his part was completed, it was full mistakes (surprise surprise, cant expect much more when everything is done last minute). Complete negligence.

I called Ben for an appointment and his attitude threw me off. I think you need to be a little nicer. I was simple explaining my CV, theres no need for sarcasm during the holiday!

What an awful place to say the least. Evan had been tutoring me, and I had never in my life seen someone with such a disgusting, horrible, outright rude, ebenezer Scrooge attitude as this man. Never does his work, complains, and overall irresponsible. If you’re considering using Forster-Thomas for admissions consulting, I pray that you get out now while you still can. This place is hell in every way the word is defined.
