Awesome service!! A little over a year ago, my 9-year-old laptop completely quit. Windows would not boot up. I brought it to Yoav here, and he was surprised the old hard drive had even lasted that long. He took out the drive and was able to recover ALL the data. He sold me an affordable solid state hard drive and installed it with all my data. Holy cow! The computer now boots instantly and has felt brand new since then. Excellent work! Yoav and Evan handled my computer problem in under 3 hours!! I had acquired a horrible virus (something that has never happened before) and they fixed it unbelievably fast.But all that aside this is why I really like them. When I went to the nationally recognized big chain store I was told that they would need to hold my computer for over 2 weeks! I cant do that! And more importantly I didnt trust them because they were always trying to sell me on something. They said, You need this, you should have that!?! And they make you worry about more problems then you need too.But not with Yoav and Evan!!!! Immediatly I felt like they were telling me the truth and they never tried to sell me anything and my computer was back in my arms later that day! They wiped my hard drive and reinstalled Windows 10 in under 3 hours!
