Over the last year, both my computer and phone needed repairs. Initially I intended both times to get the work done at the Apple store, but couldnt get appointments inside of 24 hours. I called up Techtronics, was told they could see me whenever I came in. I went straight to their shop both times and was able to pick up my repaired devices two hours later. The technician I worked with was sympathetic, straight-forward and entirely reasonable. I couldnt have asked for better service.

My family and I had such a great experience here. We went in for an iPhone 7 Plus screen repair thirty minutes before closing time, and it was ready in 15 minutes! The person that attended us was very amiable and professional. Also, it was very affordable ($99 without tax) compared to other places that weve been to for repairs. We are definitely coming here again for any repairs in the future!

I have terrible luck with my 2016 MacBook Pro. Over the past 3 years I’ve accidentally spilled soy sauce on it, dropped it and cracked the screen and the power thing (I’m getting better at taking care of it). And every single time I’ve taken it to Techtronics and they’ve fixed it perfectly! I get my laptop back and it’s a good as new every time! Chris and David are so professional and really helpful! I was referred to Techtronics by my wife who was very satisfied with a Mac repair that they did. I brought in an older model Dell PC that needed a new battery and other TLC. Techtronics gave me an estimate very quickly - price was really fair for parts and labor. Got it back to me within a few days as promised. Kept me informed at each step. I have already recommended them a colleague with a broken iPhone.

TOP DRAWER!!!!!!!! First, the repair was so excellent - everything now running perfectly. But, just as important is the interactions with the staff which were always so friendly, accommodating and helpful - couldnt have been better - love these guys. AND, thought the price was very fair. Service was quick and efficient. My Customer Representative however was curt and unhelpful and I almost skipped doing business with them.

I liked that they were very friendly and straight to the point. Took my cell. Put a service deposit down. Called me back to let me know what exactly happened to the cell and how they can fix it and what was the cost. Also they discovered something else wrong with it and gave me the option of fixing it or not and that was awesome because eventually i would of had to fix it. Not urgent but i would have wanted to fix it. I have been to other places before to fix phones not only here in the U.S. but international and i have to say the price for what they fixed was really reasonable and the phone is working like new and i would definitely recommend to anyone using them for repairs because i will definitely be using them again for all my repair needs. Staff is very nice professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service. I had a salt water damaged iphone that two other places said I had no chance of getting my data back. These guys were able to get it back to me within a week. Great communication, we’re very clear about the process and most importantly delivered what was promised.

I walked in with this dead laptop, I paid $45 diagnostic fee so they can find out what was wrong with it.Hard drive was dead, paid $190 plus tax ($206.86) to replace hard drive. Replacement was fast, picked up the laptop 3 days later (it was my own delay, my work schedule didnt quite match up with their business hours)I have no complaints.I highly recommend this place, I will be returning for any and all of my electronic needs in the future.

Business took the laptop, evaluated it and repaired it. Please note that there is a charge for evaluating the laptop. For a handsome fee they expedited the repair. Having other issues with the laptop now. Nonetheless they are very professional in their communication and business. Not cheap, but worth it.

Decent phone screen, better than glass...was promised the bubbles under the screen would go away...they didnt. Returned to show them (months later) that there are still bubbles and was told Id need to pay for a new one...bummed there wasnt a resolution that didnt penalize me. Also reps there werent friendly but thats besides the point.**Update: there was no mention of a discount previously. I was told the only option was to replace the screen and that it would take a few minutes to do.**

I have an old iPhone with a cracked screen which had been holding up. I had to take my phone to the upper west location of Techtronics because someone sat on my already cracked phone. The screen was not responsive and o was desperate. The technicians at Techtronics were absolutely wonderful. There were two gentlemen and they were both super courteous. I was assigned to David and he listened to me patiently and carefully. He worked his magic without costing me as much as I feared. The price was reasonable to me and I now have a phone that works well and looks new. My neighbor also told me good things about the people at the store. I highly recommend for their expertise and exceptional professionalism. I will definitely go back for other devices in the future. Tip: pay with debit card or cash so you don’t get 3% credit card charge.

Has to be the best repairing store! Staffs are welcoming and super responsive. My computer freezes a lot and they ran some thorough checks to make sure the problem is nothing about hardware. However the freezing problem remains. They did not charge me any money eventually even though it took them almost a week to deal with my computer, backup etc. They even cleaned the fan. Thank you Kris! Definitely recommended!

I had a cracked face on my IPhone and the AT & T rep told me they did good work at this store. They not only repaired my phone in record time ( under an hour ) but when they realized there was a tiny bubble in the new glass they had put on, they redid it- no questions asked. I highly recommend this business.

Do not come into this place expecting immediate service, even for a walk-in. The staff on-site are all technicians, yet arent willing to look at items on-site.The main issues with this facility, beyond the misleading “walk-in” services, are work ethic, efficiency, and politeness. Dont expect to be greeted upon arrival.When I walked in, Frank was staring into space and the other technician was doing something at his work station. Despite being unburdened with any sort of maintenance work when I walked in, neither employee was willing to take the few minutes to open my laptop and take a look at the fan. Frank was flabbergasted at the idea, and his indifferent tone changed to a disrespectful one instantly. He wanted $55 just to open it and look inside. When I asked them what they were doing (because it clearly wasnt maintenance), Frank became very agitated, but had no answer. I decided to leave before things escalated further.I am glad the rest of you had good experiences. Just dont expect walk-in service, even though the website and website customer service agents both welcome walk-ins. Frank is simply too busy... not performing maintenance.1/5

I had problems with power and mother board in my Dell laptop. They rapidly diagnosed the problems and had it up and running within three days. It has been running reliably since. I was impressed by their professionalism and telephone follow-up. It was great not to have to send the machine back to Dell for repair. A bit pricey, but otherwise highly recommended.

I had them replace front broken glass on my moms old iPhone. They did it right, made absolutely sure everything was working, made whatever adjustments were necessary and sent me home with a great working phone and also a new battery and a shiny new case. These guys are a great solution. and the case I needed couldnt be gotten at the Sprint store since the phone was too old. But these guys had it all.

I was convinced I would have to buy a new phone when I walked into Techtronics. The guys working there were friendly and good humored and conveyed an attitude of competence which made me feel confident that whatever they found wrong with my phone would be legit. As it turned out, it was merely a screen issue and they replaced the screen within hours and at a very reasonable cost. Techtronics did a great job swapping out my old hard drive on my MacBook Air for a larger hard drive. If I had gone to an Apple store they would have tried to sell me a new computer. Kris was outstanding at telling me I didn’t need a new computer and offering me options. David did the actual work and took the data from my Time Machine hard drive and put it on my new hard drive. I lost no data and had an easier time post hard drive swap then I was expecting. Techtronics did a great job and I am very grateful. During a pandemic we need our tech more then ever before. We ended up getting to know the crew pretty well being that they had to put in some work on our MacBook haha.
