The guy is well known in the neighborhood for his honesty and his good prices. Hes a very respectful guy and he fixed my phone screen on the same day, if it would take more than a day or if it would take time to fix what ever it is you bringing to him to fix, he would let you know and he is very accurate with his timing. Defenately deserves 5 stars.

The owner is a honest-hard working person, if something is not worth doing he would tell you the truth. He dont scam people he would rather give you his honest opinion and he takes care of his costumers well. The guy knows his stuff he is respectful and takes responsibility for any inconvenience or incident. I know because he sold me a PS4 that had technical issues and he traded it for a different one as soon as I came back to the store.

I went into this small shop and they diagnosed the issue right away and gave me a quick quote. Prices and time-frame were fair. The guy was also really friendly and attentive.

Excellent work as I brought in my MacBook Pro, 2011 model, damaged by a liquid spill. Beer, which is more corrosive than water. Had it repaired in less than 24 hours as the owner systematically explained repair options and pricing involved for each before beginning. Pricing more than fair.

Guillermo is a good person with a pleasant personality. Hes quite knowledgeable and an all-around great businessman.

I came here several months ago to get my laptop fixed the keyboard and mouse was damaged. I payed the value for my computer and came to pick it up and it still wasn’t fixed it was at the shop for months do not come here. I wasted my money for nothing to be done.

First and foremost the owner knows his stuff. I haven’t given him anything yet that he was unable to fix within an 2 hour time frame. Equally as important to me is that I can trust him to correctly diagnose the problems I’m having with my phone and/or computer and give me a reasonable price. He doesn’t do any work without consulting me first and explaining the necessity of the service. Lastly, he runs a family business and while he remains a high level of professionalism, he seems genuinely interested in how things are going with me and my family. I highly recommend this business.

Update: DO NOT COME HERE.The owner seems very sweet and knowledgeable and then once he has your electronics he turns off the phone. He then doesnt do the work. When he gets caught he will try and show you he is transferring his number this has happened for years, if you are a past customer seek the police for theft.DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR ELECTRONICS

Jhon is great. Only charged one hour of service time to wipe out my Win laptop and added extra RAM without charging me. In addition, he completed it within a week, which is reasonable to me. I recommend and if you go, probably best to avoid Saturday, as it can be crowded.

I appreciate Alexs experience, honesty and affordability. Whenever anything goes wrong with my IPhone, I head over to this shop. He has fixed numerous problems, always great work and under $100. However, one of the most important qualities is that hes honest and I can trust that he is not going to overcharge or do work I dont need. Thank you.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The owner, Alex, had my laptop for three weeks and still hadnt put in the order for a new battery. When I called him to inquire about the repairs, his phone number was out of service! The lack of professionalism and incompetence is inconvenient to say the least.Beware of this place! It isnt worth the headache and there are better IT repair shops that will actually repair your broken technology and not make excuses for their inept ability to fix anything.

I originally went this to store to have a virus removed from my desktop. This owner seemed to be very nice in explaining what he would do and what the problem was. After a week, he could not start or get the computer working, so he had to change the drive and gave me my old drive. I asked if I could get someone else to get my pictures and documents off the drive, he said yes. After taking it back home I discovered another problem with the computer, which I did not have before, so I bought the cpu back to him. He them informed me that it was not enough memory. I asked could he get more memory for me, he said yes, by buying a new ram. I paid for the new ram. Finally took it home and had a true expert check out the computer (wish I knew him before I took my computer to GO Computers). First, the gentleman, who is the true professional informed me that there was nothing on the drive, the same drive that GO Computer said was my drive, from my computer. Then my professional proceeded to tell me that there was very memory on the new ram.So GO Computer gave me the bogus or wrong drive and also the so called new ram had very little memory (if indeed it was new).Whatever you do, RUN!! to another computer store or call the Geek Squad, anyone else, but GO Computers, unless you like being ripped off for your money!!
