Took my laptop for a new OS and had to take back 3 times because the guy was installing bad software and also changed my battery to one that didnt work. Never setting foot there ever again

My sister took her phone to be repaired (the charging port). Two days later she pays the $50.00 fee and as she’s walking out the store she decides to send a text informing us her phone has been fixed. She is unable to send the text because the phone has no SIM card...??? When she mentions this to the “gentleman”, he gets very defensive and belligerent. He tells her there was no SIM card when she brought the phone in & of course there was. She leaves and has to incur another expense because of his untrustworthiness. Never again will he get any of our business. Be vigilant if you decide to take a chance w/this business.
