This is absolutely the worst check cashing establishment in the tri-state area!! It doesnt matter what day or time you go, there will only be one cashier, even if its morethan one person there to work. Ive seen this on several occasions and it gets even worst. Also, forget about A.C. on blistering hot days or friendly service if you have to deal with them. Im currently looking for another check cashing establishment that is 24 hrs.

Their open 24 hours a day.You can pay your NYCHA rent here. You can buy Metro cards and buy Lotto too. You can rent a UPS box and have your any size UPS packages delivered here. They have a coin machine here where you can bring your loose coins and receive cash for it.Their staff is friendly and help full. They unprofessional they ask me few questions .they say its a new policy but I dont believe that because somewhere else they dont do that.this place is disrespectful 😒 😤 .they are very nasty attitude. The manager dont never do nothing .

One word useless

I understand that employees must be careful when handling money and they need their BREAKS, but not when the line is wrapping around all the way to the door. On heavy days, only three windows, than one closes for whatever reason. I know theyre policies when a worker is unable to break because of high volume. State it on your problem sheet or whatever the reason why you continued to work through your break. Also, open a SENIOR only line. They shouldnt have to wait as long as it takes to get people out the DOOR! The best time to go is after 9 p.m. and very, very early in the morning.

The woman working here have such nasty attitude. I been coming here for years and now since these new people are here they never have their supply to print out checks and cash out money orders. They always say i have to wait 48 hours to process a money order and i take it to 111th and they change it by the next day. They lazy as hell and dont treat people nicely. I will be changing to another cashing place.

Customer service was nice, but I couldnt cash my check because they couldnt call my union to verify it. I mean what a dumb process.

The check cashing place in East 116 st and first avenue. Is always short of workers. You go in there to buy a money order and have to wait for a long time. It makes no sense that people have to wait that long. And management was be horrible, because they have a high turn over with the workers. Only in harlem you get terrible customer service. This place sucks.

The only cfsc I use anymore. Most of the ones I have used, or try to use I should say, have taken way too long or they just straight up refused to cash my check, they wouldnt even call the restaurant. The guy here was awesome and super helpful. The only cfsc I will ever use.

These people (Especially the women who work here) Will short you with your money. MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU LEAVE!. If they short you, tell them, if they deny call the police and watch how they count your money again. The Police will make sure to look at the cameras. These people should be reported.

There is usually at least 3 people working yet the employees are too busy talking to each other while people stand in line. They are rude. There is no sense of urgency about them. No wonder this neighborhood gets a bad reputation

Dont use the coin machine here! Steals your money! They have pieces of paper in it that catch coins and not roll them into the machine.

Its super crowded and a teller is having a family reunion instead of taking customers!!!
