Says it’s 24hrs but is never open

This place is absolutely horrible. The women sit behind their little glass window having conversations with each other and doing everything else except working. Line is super long they take their sweet time talking and starting conversations with customers about thing not pertaining to the job. Average time with customer at 6 mins....to cash a check????Unacceptable.

This location is severely understaffed to be such a big place and over populated neighborhood. The cashiers also show so signs of urgency even when the line is out the door. In addition, their demeanor is subpar. No apology for long wait periods. No management or supervision in sight. Utter disappointment.

Horrible place to try & cash your check... incompetence at its finest

I had the most unprofessional experience at this very ghetto run establishment. Employee got visually upset because shed thought Id given her a cell phone number and could even acknowledge her mistake. Im glad I dont need to use this service often. I suggest you go elsewhere. 0 stars buy I had to give it one for review

They just move to 4173 Broadway, the location is a lot nicer and modern looking, it looks like a bank, great service, the girls are always smiling. The place still open 24 hours.

In this cozy place you can make several transactions without having to walk to another place to do things of routines! Change checks, payment of bills, sending money, money orders, and many things mad, the best of all is that your staff is in the best position to help anyone who goes! Keep it up ... they are the best
