5 workers behind glass but only 1 window open, meanwhile 12 of us waiting on line for almost 1 hour wait. The worst

The line is unbearable. The ladies there spend more time talking and giggling than working. You dont stop working to laugh ur ass off when the line is so long. My daughter trys to go to put money on my card but they dont allow it and other CFSCs do. I dont understand the uter dysfunction.

I was online more than 30 mins (I kept track), most of that time was due to one customer and the ONE worker. This was at about 830pm.

Woman that closed today refused to cash my check by lying to me; telling me my check was expired.
