This is the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL and since the manager left for the day the customer service representative named Hiro and Angela argued with my daughter. I am EXTREMELY UPSET BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PLACE FOR YEARS, EVERY TIME WE GO IN ADTER THE MANAGER LEAVES WE HAVE PROBLEMS. I AM ALSO reporting THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
