How you have 1 person on a Saturday afternoon working??!! Theres at least 5 people waiting to be seen. Line hasnt moved in 25min... if they had at least put at least one more employee, wouldnt be that bad.

Never went to a check cashing store before. Went here to pay a bill through Western Union and it was the most helpful place I have been to in my area. Zip code 10009. This cahier never opens on time . The staff dont great you . Today they supposed to open at 7 15 its 8 15 the staff cant get they self together to just open a safe. Sad. Thats how great this company train there staff non professional.

The workers don’t even greet anyone when they come in and come to the window. Hire some professional people who look like they enjoy their jobs.

Awful just today on July 21st 2018, my daughter went to receive western union and forgot her ID....she has an account with this place.... ID ON FILE she didnt at all help my daughter she still asked for her to show physical ID for certain specific info....she couldnt answer me when I asked what certain specific info was this....the point was there was a lot of people and she just didnt want to take her time to pull my daughters account up and when I called she tried to insult my intelligence.........awful, you need new people in this cashier with professional and good manners that are willing to work and not be so lazy
