Excellent experience from beginning to end. When I called to make the appointment, they were friendly and had availability within the next few days. The technician arrived right on time and was nice and professional. He was quick, but thorough and clearly outlined all costs before he even got started so I knew exactly what Id be paying for the service. Our carpet looks (and smells) new again, which is saying a lot since we have quite a few animals. They encouraged us to call or email with any questions or issues. We were very impressed with the overall service. We will absolutely use this company again in the future, and we recommend to anyone!

I’ve had my five year old carpets cleaned several times and never been happy with the result. Last time they were so wet they took a week to dry. Finally I have found someone who can do a good job. Not only were the carpets clean but they were almost completely dry by evening after a lunchtime clean. I’m very happy indeed.
