The provider on my first trip SJU to JFK was not whom I would ever choose. Yet due entirely to my Rental via Miles this was an excellent experience 👌. On my 2nd rental upcoming, was assisted by a CSR named Kissbell Parra. What a joy, helpful and wanted me to be pleased. At long last, SERVICE in the service industry.

Bad experience because I booked a car and paid in advance and upon arrival I was forced to leave a credit card which I did not have and they do not specify it on their page. Total that they canceled everything and left me without a car and only returned 40% and the rest they left.

Despite an inconvenience (such as those that can happen on any trip), the attention provided by phone and on site is excellent. The service, even after finalizing the delivery, is very good. They should review the info that gives them advantage, to avoid future problems. Special thanks to Yenny Vásquez for her attention.
