Best car buying experience ever. Couldnt have sketched out a better experience. Worked with Roman. Wanted to buy a jeep and fell in love with one on the showroom floor. Spoke with Roman told him what I wanted to pay and terms Id be comfortable with, discussed options. He called me 20mins after I left with everything worked out exceeding my expectations. With a very small window I went in and completed the application, approval process was very fast. He said he just goes with 1 lender so your information isnt scattered, he goes with the lender who tends to have the best terms. On delivery day I told him I had a1hr window from work, he said it would take 10mins. Again everything was good to go I was in and out in 30mins...20 of which was chit-chat. Couldnt be happier with my experience and 21 Wrangler.
I brought my car, 2015 Fiat 500 to your dealership for service lastweek, customer # 1396xx. The service adviser called me to inform methat the technician needed to perform a 4 hours tear-down ($745) todiagnose the problem and I agreed to it. Later the adviser Frankinformed me that I need a cylinder head replacement and will cost me$6400 for the service. A day later, I decided I would not perform thehead replacement and wish to take the car to another shop for repair.I asked Frank what was going to happen if I would like to take itsomewhere else and he told me the car will return to me in thecondition I brought it in.Yesterday, I went to your dealership to pick up the car and paid thediagnostic fee. I drove it a few miles to another shop. When I openedthe hoop, I was surprised to find out that the engine cover and airboxwere missing. The screws holding one of the ignition coils wereloosely attached and a few screws are missing, see photos below. Thisis not the condition I brought it to your dealership and the car is nocondition to be driven. The least I can expect from your serviceadviser is to tell me I should not drive the car. I found this is veryirresponsible on your part, and am very disappointed in your service.I attempted to write to the management by email but the email addresses posted on their website are invalid, very frustrated.
Service was pro all the way. Diagnostic revealed a few things I hadnt anticipated. Got a call, discussed with Francis and the work began. They were up front about time issues what with Covid etc. They had the car ready before I expected.More professional than the Brooklyn dealership which denied me service.What a pleasure dealing with Manhattan.
Upon entering with my vehicle, I was actually surprised to see employees ready to help. Even though there were a few cars in front of me I was out in a few minutes with promise of knowing whats wrong and given a estimate on time of completion later on that day.My vehicle was well taken care of and was returned in a timely manner without exorbitant fees or adage.Best place in New York. I was turned away from Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Yonkers over the phone because the guy said there’s nothing we can do for you. He was EXTREMELY rude and I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I ended up coming to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Manhattan the next day, and left out with a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Giorgio was amazing. He helped us every step of the way and he helped me get the best price for what I could afford. I felt comfortable and welcomed here. I LOVE my car and I will definitely recommend.

This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Giorgio helped me from start to finish and helped me select a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. In the epicenter of a global health pandemic I was able to get the car I wanted in less than 24 hours. Rachel in financing got me a great deal and recommended a warranty package that fit my needs. Service was efficient and friendly. Service representative, Steve was great. Scheduling was easy. The only complaint I have is that the valet who brings your car after check out mysteriously disappeared without explanation. It was quickly rectified.

When I pulled in, I noticed how friendly and careful the guy was when accepting my jeep. When I got to the desk and started speaking Stephen. He was very friendly and informative with everything. He called me before with what needed to get done on my jeep, told me the price. He called me way ahead of the expected time he said my jeep would be done. I liked how I received the link to pay for my bill before arriving to the dealership. That made my pick up an easy process, just grab the invoice and walked right out to pick up my jeep. Which got a free wash, I like my jeep when it’s cleaned, lol. I will be going back to this dealership again!

My last five vehicles have been Chryslers. I like the style, roominess, user friendliness and affordable maintenance of their cars and I’m partial to American made vehicles. My experiences have been that American cars are often better made and more easily serviceable. All Chrysler dealerships and their service departments (save one in Queens, NY) that I’ve dealt with, have been friendly and professional. This is important to me because I’m one of those people who views their vehicle as an extension of themselves! My car is my baby. My vehicle was having transmission problems when I was away from my home dealership. I took a chance and took my car to Manhattan Chrysler. The service I received was excellent. Every one of the staff was personable, responsive and courteous, from the receptionist Stephanie to the Service Advisor Stephen and also the servicemen, detailers and valet parkers. When relaying messages Stephanie was pleasant and good natured. When interacting with Stephen he was very professional but also a cool guy and good listener. He worked diligently and expeditiously. His interactions with Chrysler Headquarters resulted in the full replacement of my faulty transmission and in short order I had my baby back! Simply the best team.
This past week I had been shopping for a new Grand Cherokee for my wife. I reached out to a few dealers local and not so local that had the Jeep limited X that she wanted. Manhattan Jeep Chrysler got back to us and I was in contact with Joshua Marquez. Joshua was great from the start, he listened to our needs and got us a good deal. He had great communication with me throughout the process. He return all my calls quickly and answered all the questioned I had. This smooth process seemed to good to be true but even when we picked up the truck on Saturday it was painless. We arrived at the dealership and were driving out within the hour. They took our lease return as well. To be honest I didn’t expect to drive to Manhattan to buy a Jeep but they had what we were looking for at a great deal and service was top notch. Lynch was helpful. But the car I had purchased into thinking was “certified pre owned” came with a crack on the windshield and the lift gate strut needs to be replaced soon and 2 dead key fobs. Not happy with the dismissive service I received from this dealership and will contact jeep corporate since I received no response to my concerns with the vehicle.

JASON, a service manager, called me each day to update me on the progress of my Wranglers diagnostic tests. (Brake light inexplicably came on) The car was waiting for me when I went to collect it, receptionist was friendly and helpful. I would add that due to inventory I bought my car at another Jeep dealer- nonetheless Jason took my car asap. I tried Service at the dealer in Southampton while my car was out east and the dealer told me I would have to wait 1 MONTH to get an appointment because I didnt buy the car from him. I will be writing that review next

Solid help and they were able to fix the recalls on my Jeep. Took a while because there aren’t any dealer shops on Manhattan. Took 20 minutes for the guys to find my car in the shop for me to leave after I paid but all the work seems to be high quality.
Had my car serviced for its 30k. Stephen was amazing. Super helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating in a reasonable timeline. He absolutely gets 5 stars!On the other end of that....the service is extremely expensive and if I could, I would go somewhere else to save $500-$600.When I purchase a new vehicle, it won’t be from this dealership. I was preapproved for the financing at a very reasonable rate and yet the salesman decided to try to get another financer which really impacted my credit score. Also, the car was listed through my finance company at $3000 less than what they charged me. In general I feel like they take advantage of anybody they can and the only bright light was Stephen.I actually avoided going for service because the last time I went, I needed a tire replacement and what they were going to charge me for a single tire, I was able to get 4 brand new tires at Firestone.

Every time I bring my 2012 Challenger in Im reminded of the limitations of my local mechanic. Dan answered my many questions with professional knowledge. I mechanics that serviced my car even found a key fob that had been missing for over a year. AMAZING.
The service center at Maserati Manhattan is absolutely excellent. They may have a small footprint in the US vs. some of the larger car manufacturers but they treat the owners as royalty. Their service and attentiveness is exceptional. They work very hard to make sure the customer is always happy and satisfied. I make a special note to the efforts of Dan in service, who went above and beyond for me and met all of my requests promptly and accurately. My engine light came on needed my vehicle to go out of town out of desperation I called seven other dealerships for an appointment with no luck calling Manhattan was my eight and last call the representative (I believe his name is Eric) took the call and was very accommodating gave me an appointment for the next day, got to the dealership and encountered Jason which was very pleasant explained everything to me and made sure I got my car done in a timely manner. Answering all my questions and not dickering over the Internet price I found in my research. Roman has been a pleasure to work with and has been quite attentive to my follow up questions since I purchased the car.
I have been a customer at the Manhattan Fiat dealership since 2013. At that time, the service manager, Bob S., and his team were amazing. I was so very pleased. Over the years, there have been some changes in the department, and some issues with my vehicles. I had been thinking about going to a different dealership as a result.However, the last two times I had to bring my newest model in, a 2019 Abarth, I was lucky enough to deal with Stephen as my Customer Service Rep and have Rob P. as the mechanic who serviced my vehicle. I was so pleased with them on both occasions. The knowledge they had about the issues I had been dealing with, and their interpersonal skills, made me recommit to this dealership for service going forward. I am grateful.

My car needed a lot of attention. It had not been serviced in quite awhile. Francis Shanley was my Service Advisor and he was very helpful in taking off all my worries and concerns about My Fiat.
Check- in was pleasant and professional. All went downhill after this. I was told my car would be ready for pick-up in 2 days. Didntt received a call to pick up my car by the end of day two and was unable to speak with anyone who could tell me when I could pick up my car. When calling the Manhattan, 54th St office,I was not connected to the repair service and I was told the repair service was in one location and my phone call was going to a different location. I Asked to speak with a manager and was repeatedly transferred to a reception who repeated the same were in a different location response. By the third day I received a call at 6:30 pm saying even less. I returned to the 54th Street Office the following day and was equally as disappointed.I was repeatedly told the staff had quit, there was no receptionist and the representatives were now functioning as receptionist. I was finally spoke in person with someone introduced as the repair manager. I waited several days to finally speak with someone about my car.
We came from out of town to purchase a jeep, and Roman was most helpful before we arrived in NYC, sending all the paperwork and guiding us through all the details. Meeting him at the dealership on 4/16/21, he was professional, friendly and most accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Roman deserves a 10
Careful with this place, they are overcharging for basic services! We took our Jeep Cherokee 2019 for a 15,000 mile review service, and they wanted to charge $1.129,00 for it, with nothing described in the invoice except $189 as a service! I googled and I figured out this service was suppose to be around $275 only!When I questioned DANIEL LAMAS the person that attendant me, he got mad with my questions and started to have a bad attitude!I simple cancelled the service and I took my car from there… they are trying to steal from clients, what make me very disappointed with Jeep!Search for prices and do not let people take advantage of you…what they certainly do in this place! Run away from this location!

The service manager, Stephen, provided the best experience for not only myself, but for all the customers - he treats people like family, its really something quite nice. And on my visit, he provided excellent customer service - even with two colleagues calling out sick unfortunately (and the printer needed a reboot as well!). He has grace under pressure.I journeyed from NJ to Manhattan, as this shop had first available slot among all dealers next to me. The ones in NJ were two to three weeks out.Nevertheless, Stephen triaged my info, set me for same day fix, and I was in my way to work remotely from within the dealership.They had a big wide space to wait, WiFi, coffee, lounge chairs, Tv, and a high top bar with power and USB ports. I settled in and started my day.The time passed quite well and by 11, I had an update on the car - it was fixed - and they even fixed my check engine issue afterwards. I was in my 7:30 and out by 2, with a fixed truck, and a car wash to boot!Stephen went above and beyond to resolve the issue on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.Id choose this service center again, even if Im across the river! Dropped my Jeep off on 7/27/21 for service, it is now 7/30/21. I contacted the service department and they stated they havent even started to work on my jeep and probably will work on it monday and had no idea when its gonna be ready. They dont offer any courtesy cars so Ive been without a car so days.
Dealership must have new ownership. I have been coming here for years and this was by far the best experience ever. Took my 2021 Dodge Durango with a malfunctioning AC Tuesday 6/15.They could not do anything because they did not have the machine for the AC. They had the car for 4 days. I had to call 3-4 times to get a call back and all they could tell me was the AC machine is coming to us any day. I asked about a loaner and they told me they did not have any and they did not know when they were getting any of them back. I told them I need a car for the weekend and the service advisor told you can always come and get your car. I picked it up on Friday and the advisor did not offer to call me when the machine was available or when they had a loaner. It seems to me he was just happy to get me out of the way. This is a brand new car with less than 3K. I keep calling and the answers are the same the AC machine and the loaners are coming any day. I would not recommend this dealer for service to anyone. This is my fourth lease and I never had a problem. This is probably the first and last car I get from them. Horrible experience.
I was very disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail that my service representative Dan provided. Despite confirming all of my personal details on 4 separate times to Dan, spelling out and reconfirming my phone number, home address and other details Dan continued to get it wrong. When he added a random phone number to my account and wasn’t able to reach me he said he ended up googling me and contacted someone associated to me to ask them to contact me and let them know where my car was located and that I needed to call the Jeep place back.I have never experienced something like this before from what I would think is a professional business establishment. When relaying my concerns to Dan about this he was unphased and unconcerned about it and said he does this often googling his clients so I can’t imagine how many times he gets personal client information wrong. We went through my personal details again 4 additional times and kept telling me i was living at some random address and what my phone number was which was all incorrect. I thought after telling him my correct information 4 additional times he got it all correct. I asked him to print off my records and noticed that he still added another number to my account, still had the wrong address and quoted me a price of $800 to fix my Jeep when in fact the cost came to $1700.I am so beyond displeased with this and doesn’t leave me feeling comfortable ever working with Dan again. Thankfully another Service Manager stepped in and updated all of my information correctly and removed the wrong information and apologized for Dans quality of customer service. I think Jeep needs to find another way to ensure their services reps can confirm personal information correctly and having a screen or print out provided for the client to view to ensure their information is accurate and what the exact cost of service will be would be helpful.I will only return to this location again if I am working with another rep and do not have to work with Dan again to avoid going through this stressful and disappointing experience again.
The service is very good except when I arrive to pick up my vehicle it takes to long for them to bring your vehicle. Waiting 45 minutes to and hour is unacceptable.
My experience was extremely positive. My vehicle’s problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair was the same day.Steve stayed in contact with me the whole time.I would recommend this Jeep service.
I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Jesus A. He was able to provide clear and coherent answers for all of my questions. Although I have not made the purchase yet, I was very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of customer service Jesus was able to provide. Will definitely be back to make a purchase and will recommend to friends and family.

I have always used Manhattan Jeep for service. But once I moved to NJ I still used them for my oil changes and basic maintenance. I recently had an issue with my suspension. Closer Jeep dealerships couldn’t even see my truck for a month. I called NYC Jeep and they got me in immediately. I was lucky ... Frank was my service consultant and he was great. He went the extra mile for me as my truck needed to be kept for additional days. They serviced my truck and it never rode better. I would advise anyone with a Jeep to try them out for big and small jobs. Ask for Frank - very knowledgeable and he kept me informed throughout the whole process.
It’s an early Merry Christmas for me!Thanks to Neil, at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, I finally got my dream Jeep. Buying a used car can be very harrowing but here, the buying process was seamless and very straightforward. I was also very surprised by all the choices of Jeeps they had and how pristine they were.To me, the true test of an exceptional establishment is the aftercare. After I drove my Jeep home, Neil gave me a follow up call that evening to see how I was doing with my new purchase (excellent, of course.) Then when I called a few days later inquiring about information, Neil picked up right away. I was not expecting that. Again, he helped me out with what I needed.I can’t say enough about Neil and this dealership, and I’ve been to many. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I’m certainly recommending this dealership and Neil to all my friends.
