Great service and great staff. Pretty quick once you have an appointment.
Unfortunately really less than one star. Its always a problem with customer service. No loaners. And had the nerve to offer loaner for following week. Really? Paid for car repairs and it took 20 minutes for me to retrieve vehicle. Shaking my head. Find them to be patronizing.
Worst service center in my opinion- my 2014 750 XI suddenly got Drive train malfunction sign even though I purchased pre-owned from BMW dealer around $45k.- always serviced from BMW- always used, premium gas, just drove above 20K after purchased and for no reason drive train issue started. Went to this center to change spark plugs and engine oil adviser tried to add many extra services without any reason (it seems he knew car is dead) but keep adding other services & insisted replace coils with $1200 extra after close to $3000 Bill - service advisor called me that my 2014 BMW 750 with just 60k miles is dead and not worth fixing it because cost of fixing will be more then car value. Basically he told me to pickup the piece of sh..t from his center and junk it, what a joke.. Tried bmwusa for help and they said nothing can be done because I bought pre owned.. and pre owned bmw are are full of sh..T cars.. this center ripping people off, even Covid time- deserve 0 stars..
What a let down! I called bmw of Ridgefield CT looking for a part for my m3 they told me bmw of manhattan had the part I needed. I called bmw of manhattan 4+ times they couldnt connect me to the parts department and gave me the wrong number for thar department twice! I had to leave message for parts department after I got the correct number. Surprise, they never called me back. I ended up driving to Manhattan to pick up the part and of course when I got there I was told the part was not in stock. Very disappointed.
Did the $99 oil change, service was great, people were friendly, and they unexpectedly washed the car inside and out for free!
I was not impressed with service given wrong information over the phone resulting in a wasted trip. BMW of Whiteplains service was helpful, knowledgeable and I saved almost $300.
Service Department is Great! On this rainy Friday the check engine light came on in the eight year old Subaru that I just purchased somewhere else. We found this dealer based on being near where the problem happened. They fit us into the schedule, fixed the problem and had me back on the road same day and all at a reasonable cost. All this for a customer they had never seen before. Thank you to Ross and the entire service department.

This dealership is great and I always use it for service. However, I needed to buy two new rims and I was quoted two different prices between the service department and the parts department. The difference was $100 more per rim. I was hoping that this dealership wouldve been different than the rest because is operated by BMW corporate versus independently owned.
Before covid this was the easiest place to drop my car for service- very efficient. Since the pandemic, the only thing that’s changed is the drop-off process.. the line snakes onto 58th street and can take several minutes on a busy day- I know this is an effort to keep the employees safe/healthy. That said, if the line is the biggest problem, then there are essentially no problems. I enjoy bringing my car here and will continue to do so. I’m a BMW driver for life.

Exteremly disappointed with the service after my 4 tire change. When I picked up the car same warning was on the screen and consultant told it will go away, next morning woke up to flat tire. I suggest to reconsider getting tires from here since you pay the premium for service but seems like you don’t get premium- like Mavis

I brought the car in for annual inspection. Was told the car was fine, however, they recommended over $800 in repairs which my out of state BMW dealership said was not needed.
By appointment only is difficult when you have emergencies.
Worst Service- rip-off- stay away even with warranty-
Within minutes of leaving my low b tire pressure light was on. I guess we only checked 1 tire

The service is fine. The promised times are way off. Third time here and they have never been close to the quoted time. My fault for waiting but they should really figure out how to give a proper time estimate. Would have shuttled and returned.

I should have listened to the guy at bmw because he told me that carsheld would denie my claim to get work done on my 2011 bmw 535i but i thought he was not telling the truth until he proved me wrong.

Terrible service . I have been using BMW for service for long time and this experience has been horrible . My car has been with Bmw for 5 days and no one has updated me with whats wrong with the car . It is very difficult to get in touch with them . very disappointed ..
