This company is fantastic. They provide excellent service very quickly, and go out of their way to make your stay in one of their apartments pleasant.We’re currently renting one of their apartments at 1 Union Square South in NYC and our check-in could not have gone more smoothly. We need a couple of things, which we requested through the app, and they were delivered promptly.Also, if plans change and a cancellation is necessary (which happened to us for a May/22 booking), they refund monies paid in advance instantly, with no questions asked.We spend every October in New York and Blueground is the only company providing fully furnished and equipped apartments that we would even consider using.Definitely give them 5 stars, and that’s only because 6 isn’t an option.

The apartment was as advertised. Blueground were responsive and communicated well through the whole process. Very professional.

I stayed in Blueground from January until March and I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The staff was accommodating, responsive and welcoming. My apartment was clean and extremely well-stocked. It was the perfect solution in between a cross-country relocation and job change. I’d recommend them to any of my family and friends.

We moved from a service apartment in NYC to Blueground NYC earlier this year. It is nicely furnished, attractively priced, nice location with excellent service. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short as we have to move to Boston. Fortunately, Blueground is in Boston too so without any hesitation, we moved into another Blueground apartment in Boston. As expected, it is also nicely furnished, attractively priced, good location, great service, flexible rental in case of change in travel plan ......We have become great fans of Blueground. It provides a nice home when we have to be away from home. Thank you, Blueground :)

Blueground is one of my favorite companies of all time. Ive lived in half a dozen of their apartments in LA and NYC and everything about this company is a true pleasure. Their apartments are consistently nice and clean, and customer service is top notch.Danielle B (who deals with NYC apartments) is phenomenal. Shes professional, friendly, and extremely well organized. I always feel like Im in good hands with Blueground, and when Im speaking with Danielle I know Im being helped by the very best.If youre considering Blueground, I highly recommend them. My experience was better than Sonder and much, much better than Landing.

Our stay in New York with Blueground its been more than amazing. At our arrival we found everything we needed plus a bottle of wine (what a welcome!). We have to say that the apartment is beautiful starting from the design that we loved. spacious wardrobe, huge livingroom, comfortable bed and all the things we needed to cook at home. We really loved to find all the bathroom amenties, and also many charge adaptors which saved our stay in New York. Blueground offers apartmenrs in many cities starting from 1 month rental, always placed in the best neighborhoods. We couldnt have asked more than this. Also the palace where we stayed was great with a spacious lounge room available for all the guests. Definately the best choise you can do in New York (or wherever you need to find a base).

Avoid at all costs. The whole operation feels fraudulent - its impossible to get your security deposit back. They sent a report that conveniently stated I underpaid by my full security deposit, so they needed to keep the deposit to cover costs. I showed them my sales receipt showing I had paid the full amount, and the security deposit needed to be returned. They agreed it was a mistake on their end, but its been a month and I still havent received my deposit.Its impossible to speak with an actual person, no matter which channel you try to contact them (email / phone call / text / in app chat).Oh - and the apartment was pretty crummy. I stayed for a few months, it looked little like the photos. They changed my locks while I was staying and forgot to give me a new set of keys, so I was locked out for over a full day.Totally unorganized operation, all around. Use Airbnb instead.

Enjoyed my long term stays at Blueground units in Gramercy, Garment District and Chelsea! Great staff, easy to use app, and consistently quality units.

I stayed with them in the Chelsea Apartments which was close to work. I booked for 3 months and then ended up extending for two more. It was great! Good service,apartment looks totally the same as at pictures, fully furnished, comfortable bed, clean and cozy. The basement gym was great too and there is an indoor area where owners take their dogs for a walk. Only thing was the washing machines are at the basement and I had to buy a card and add credit, etc.... But overall, no complaints.

I stayed two months and they kept taking the prices higher and higher, always blaming an “algorithm”. Month two they charged me $4800 for a tiny 450 square foot studio at 105 Duane Street. I left by the third month. Had a terrible experience with the old mattress there, killed my back. They sent someone to check it out who laughed it was so bad, saying he will instruct them to replace it. Next day I get an email from the company saying that this gentleman reported that the mattress was perfectly good. I ended up having to flip the mattress myself (on top of having to see a back doctor)

Blueground team is beyond helpful and caring. Matt made everything so easy and efficient. This is my first review and I’m happy to post it. I’m so satisfied with my new unit. The furniture is modern at the same time cozy. The apartment has literally everything you need from the cleaning tools to coffee maker. I love itttt and I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

We rented a place in NYC from Blueground for our daughter who was in college. Covid hit and we brought her home, thinking this would be temporary and she would head back. Well we all know how that went. We tried to ask for rent forgiveness for a month, as our daughter wasnt even there to use the place. We finally cancelled our lease when we knew she wasnt going back, which was really traumatizing for her. We payed a large penalty for an early cancellation. And we had to hire a moving company to have her items moved out. They left many items behind which Blueground had cleared out and they let me know these were in their office if we wanted to have them shipped. They said some of the items might be ours and others might be previous tenants. I asked them if I could do a quick facetime or skype with someone to get the items moved out. Two workers there -- Haithem and Andrea -- said yes, and strung this conversation out for a month and a half, continuously telling me they had someone to do this, and they kept dropping the ball over and over. This was so maddening with me calling and emailing them to try to get this finished. In the end they wrote me to say they had disposed of our items, which was just more pain for my daughter. What horrible customer service! What a waste of our time. What a huge hemorrhage of money. I will NEVER rent from Blueground again. Abysmal experience. Dont rent from this company.

Easy and quick application and approval.The furnishings were new-ish and comfortable. The building staff are very cool at this building.

Wonderful experience and would use again. Had a great time in one of the apartments in midtown west NYC. The staff went above and beyond. The apartment was beautifully designed and exceeded my expectations. A+

We stayed for 3 months in one of the Upper East Side Apartments. Everything was amazing from the moment that we set foot inside our new temporary home. The apartment was stunning and the Blueground team was fantastic with all of our requests

EMPLOYEE REVIEWI worked at blueground as temp employee through Robert Half/Office team making min wage. I learned quickly and worked hard and it seemed that management felt confident enough in my skills to begin leaving me completely alone in the office in the evening after only 4 days of working for them. My second week there i was offered a job making a lot more than min wage. Even though as a temp employee I am NOT required to put in a 2 week notice, I did. They are a small start up and struggling having so much expansion and not enough employees. I felt obligated to let them know that I would be working until July 31st so that they understood there would be some urgency in replacing me so as to not leave them in a lurch. They came back and asked me to leave early because they planned to hire 2 new people. I use my own laptop to work so i dont use company computers and there are about 15 free seats in the office for new hires to sit. I was also acclimated enough in their systems that I could have been a great asset to assist in basic training for the new hires. But although everyone on the CX team told me all the time how great i was doing, it was not enough to pay me for 3 more days. I was offended, disappointed and infuriated. Do not go above and beyond for them until you are a permanent employee especially not at min wage.However- PROS- great business model! good customer related ethics and services! environment is team work oriented, fun, and super casual. the CX team is amazing-they work hard and are super fun loving! they do an amazing job at making you feel at home, comfortable and supported.

I had a great stay in one of the apartments at 10 Downing street in West Village. The apartment was fully equipped and the customer care team was very supportive.
