I love the location and the staff is friendly (mostly) but the price is ridiculous for what they offer. Its $2500 for a 190 sq ft studio. The biggest issue is that the water is always being shut off for emergency maintenance. The building is old and the plumbing sucks. I had to had my toilet removed and fixed twice within the first few months of living here. The maintenance guys got here quickly and helped but the toilet was backing up into the bath. It was pretty rancid. The bathroom always smells weird no matter how much I clean it and I have to assume its the plumbing issues. There are also not enough washers/dryers since everyone is moving back to the city. It was fine during COVID but when the building is more filled there is truly never washer or dryer space and you always have to wait. It was a good place to live during COVID because the rent was $800 cheaper but I would never pay full price.
Complete garbage! Nobody ever responds to your emails, DO NOT Lease an apartment here!
It’s my third year here and I’m leaving once my lease is up. First two years were great- good doorman, good management, good super, good neighbors, clean and QUIET. Ever since COVID, the rent dropped significantly which attracted younger crowds in early-mid 20s and it has gone downhill. Noise level is poorly managed- loud parties after midnight (no masks of course), stomping on the floor, using vacuum/blender at 4-5AM, slamming the door at late nights, and more. It’s like living in dorm all over again.
Amazing staff!
