I lived here in 2015-2016. Amazing building with a coffee shop right inside as well as access to the 4, 5 subway from the building which is a great perk when its raining! I resided in two different apartments during my time at 71 Broadway and both were wonderful. (My first had a beautiful view of Trinity Church.) I moved out before they finished renovations on the rooftop deck area but I heard that it’s spectacular up there now. There’s a lounge (which was usually empty and very relaxing) on the same floor as the laundry room and I never had any problems with space to do my laundry there.
From start to finish this was a fantastic experience! The office and maintanance staff on site are the best! Just a beautiful building elegantly updated!
Fab building, all the staff is nice, respectful professional. Keona the property manager made the the move in experience so smooth and easy.
I am thoroughly impressed by the team at 71 Broadway. I have moved a few times in the city, but this was by far the easiest move to date. Nicole was quick and diligent from the first showing to handing me the keys. This high quality of service has matched by the doormen and porters. I am grateful to be living in a well managed building.
The apartments are older but nice. The location is pretty good. You have to deal with a lot of tourist crowds, but train proximity is first rate. The doormen and the repair staff at 71 are impeccable. They are all super friendly and know everyone. They will fix maintenance issues very quickly. My only issue is with the community manager and the admin staff. Once you are on a lease they do not care about you. I can never get them to respond. If you have issues with rent or other admin issues (especially time sensitive things), it has been recurring that they never respond. For that reason I have to give them 1 star. Usually when you have to reach out to the admin team it is important issues. When you get ignored on those requests it is very frustrating. 71 tries to fashion themselves as a luxury building but they do not provide that level of service to their tenants.
I have lived at 71 Broadway for more than ten years which should demonstrate how much I enjoy living in this building. My apartment has high ceilings and large windows, both of which create a feeling of spaciousness.71 Broadway is located in the heart of FiDi which is undergoing a renaissance. Just about every subway line is located in the immediate vicinity of the building and there are lots of new bars, restaurants and retail outlets popping-up close-by.The building is both family and pet friendly which creates a true sense of community and we are fortunate to have a wonderful roof deck with spectacular views of the World Trade Center and waterfront. Most importantly, 71 Broadway is home to the best management, concierge, maintenance and porter staff in the city. All members of the team are very friendly, professional and extremely attentive and have become like family.All-in-all a wonderful team and a great residence.
71 Broadway is a great building. Its amenities are beautiful and the location is great!
I cant say enough about living here at 71 Broadway. The staff is like family! I moved to NYC back in 2015 and it was extremely hard finding an apartment that had nice amenities, happy/helpful staff and of course; space. 71 Broadway has all of these features and more! The units are very spacious with lovely views, which is very hard to find in Manhattan. The service from maintenance is spot on! If you have any problems, they are right there to take care of any issues you may have. Sam in the leasing office is absolutely wonderful as well! Also, the rooftop deck has some of the best views of Manhattan and New Jersey. Ive seen a lot of apartment roof decks downtown and none of them come close to 71 Broadways beautiful views!
My experience living at 71 Broadway is one I will never forget. From the first day I moved the staff has truly made me feel welcome and at home. The staffs dedication to the residents is unmatched. I have lived in many luxury buildings through Manhattan and have never had an experience like this. Every day I look forward to coming home and do not plan to move anytime soon. For anyone looking for a seamless living experience in an awesome location you have found the community for you. I promise you will not be disappointed! Danny and Daisy are THE BEST!!!
On behalf of Italian American sculptor Arturo DiModica the creator of the world famous icon of the strength of America Charging Bull which Arturo made a gift to the people of New York City to always remain on Broadway at Bowling Green Park in Lower Manhattan as Charging Bull has since December, 1989 -Arturo wants others to know how delighted he is to now be a new resident at 71 Broadway at Wall Street . Arturo has finally found an outstanding building and apartment at 71 Broadway. Arturo has long wanted to live near Charging Bull and also delighted to overlook Trinity church and Alexander Hamiltons resting place. Arturos compliments to the owners and managers of this very special building 71 Broadway, and all who live here.
71 Broadway is a fantastic place to live. Everyone on the staff, from the concierges at the front desk to the property management team, are always there to help whenever you need. The building is not only beautiful with large apartments, but it is in a great location for both commuting to work and socializing in the evening. Thanks to everybody there for a great experience!
I am lucky enough to call 71 Broadway my home! The building is always kept super clean, and the Staff/ Management are amazing. All in all, the experience has been great!
We moved here from Nashville, TN so you could imagine our sense of shock and unknown moving into New York City. Upon day 1 we knew moving day was going to be stressful but EVERYONE in the building helped us out to make sure the move was quick and painless as possible. Not only that, we have a big dog and the community here is extremely dog friendly (even the staff) and it has allowed me to meet a lot of people as well. The whole staff has truly become like a second family, and I feel extremely safe living here (as my husbands job keeps him out of the house quite a bit). I would HIGHLY recommend checking out 71 Broadway if you are looking into moving here, easy access to all the subways as well as the PATH. Thank you to the 71 Broadway Team for being so amazing!
They are the worst. With the crisis and a lost of a job we tried to switch our move out (18) days and they will not do it and say we still owe the money.Do not sign a lease here you cna never get out of it!!!!!
I have lived in the building for a few months now and everything thus far has been exceptional. The staff is very courteous and helpful which made the move-in process very easy. The building itself has great character, spacious layouts (at the least the apartment Im in), and excellent views. The location is very convenient as it is close to several subway lines, Stone Street and other great restaurants, as well as many city landmarks.I highly recommend!
Proud to call 71 Broadway home for the last three years. The staff is absolutely superb and treat you like family, while ensuring that everything you need gets done. We have lived in two different apartments in the building and the value trade off is far better here than some of the other no-fee buildings in the neighborhood. Great amenities- on site storage and laundry, newly renovated roof deck, pet friendly. And did I mention the staff?
I have lived at 71 Broadway for about a year now and it is truly the best place I would have ever hoped to find in NYC. From its spacious living to its awesome amenities, my roommates and I all agree there is no better experience than calling this place home. Nonetheless, the best part about living at 71 Broadway is the staff who have become like family; their helpful attitude and wonderful thoughtfulness has made a big city feel a small community.
The staff at 71 Broadway is truly one of a kind! They go above and beyond to make everyday living in the building a pleasure. If you are seeking top notch service and a seamless living experience, youve found your next home in Fidi. I have lived in the building for almost 2 years now and have no plans of leaving any time soon. Danny, Daisy, Will and crew are he BEST!!! Thank you for everything you do for the residents, it does not go unnoticed.
Living at 71 Broadway was the highlight of my NYC experience. Ive lived in three apartment buildings in the City and by far these guys take the cake. The apartments are gorgeous with high ceilings. The doormen are phenomenal and super friendly. Management is top notch especially Samantha. Professional and goes out of her way for every resident. I cant say enough good things about these guys.
All I can say is everything from my lease signing to my move in was a wonderful experience. I am only living here for a week and I know I will be very happy here.
Major noise issues from ongoing construction in the area. Renewal process is complicated to the extent that after living there for 3 years we will likely be moving out since I am still trying to sort out the renewal pricing and contact the hard to reach building manager who have cancelled two of my appointments which she confirmed previously confirmed. Its been a bit painful thus far. I expected professionalism but it has been lacking thus far.
Great staff! Fantastic location! Nice building!
Being located across the street from Trinity Church the apartments are extremely bright and the views of One World Trade are fantastic (especially from the roof deck). The access to public transportation is as good as it gets in NYC with the 1/2/3, 4/5, A/C, R, J, and Z subway all stopping within a block or two of the building. There is also access to the PATH train via WTC which puts you into Jersey City, Hoboken, or Newark within 5-10 minutes. My apartment has been recently renovated and has high ceilings which seem to make the apartment seem bigger than it actually is. The building staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and I would recommend this apartment building to friends/family.
Love my apartment and staff here at 71 broadway!
Beautiful building, friendly and helpful staff, and lots fo nice amenities. Who can ask for more?
Writing this for a friend who used to live here:The apartments were ok. Not the best that I have been in but if you can afford it then you should think about it. There have been a few noisy people in the past but thats all. I havent lived in the apartments for long so I dont have any long term complaints about it.
Looks smoking hoooooooot
