I lived here for 1 year and absolutely loved it! Great experience with the management and all of the building staff.If I ever move back to NYC I would absolutely live here again!

If you love no parking, roaches, notices on your door for things that are happening that day and worst of all dumpsters that get taken out every 6 months to the point that 6 feet around the dumpster is mountains of trash then this is the place for youOn a serious note these are disgusting! The inside of each apartment is actually cute but you realize quick that the floor plan makes no sense cabinets cant be opened because the kitchen is too narrow and bathroom being only big enough for 1 person and the roaches OMG THE ROACHES probably from trash mountains I’ve spent the past year crushing those little things it’s awfulThey also change how you pay rent monthly and the rude staff even said to my spouse that I just spent the rent money dispite the recipients that we paid.0/10
