John and 1st Air are my go to for international flights.- Amazing service- Absolutely the best prices every time, no gimmicks, no consolidator tickets- Knows the aircraft and the carriers- Cares about the customerWhen I started flying again post COVID my first call was to John, for two international flights and as always he was there and helped me get the best seats on the best airlines at the best prices.

This company has a way to charge annual fee even after youve canceled. Im on my year 3... stay away from them. Good luck getting hold of anyone via phone. All of your 5 star reviews are from people with 1-5 total reviews. Which makes me wonder, are the reviews authentic?

I can’t say enough about Jackie DiBella and Passport Premiere. We have just returned from the second extraordinary trip planned by Jackie through Passport Premiere. Every detail was perfection. We were greeted by the concierge at each hotel and every request was met at the highest level. All of our tours, transfers, special activities were scheduled with top rate providers and each was designed for our personal experience. If you want a truly custom, first class travel experience there is no other company that can compare.

These people are fraud. I have been a member for 2 years but never found a deal through them. I can find better deal with different businesses class tickets consolidators than passport premiere.They charge my credit card for renewal on the Christmas Day and nobody answered my phone call and email. They took $449.00 without my permission and not refunding. No customer service. FRAUD. Be aware of them.

I have used this company for years. They do an excellent job. This particular time I bought the tickets and the provider did not have the seats available on the day of the return. So we had to adjust our return ticket after they had been purchased. We had to return a day earlier than planned but the tickets ended up cheaper than purchased. They always handle things well and promptly.

Similar to an earlier review, for months I deleted the emails received to sign up. I joined in December. On my first trip, I was able to save more than 50% on the round-trip fare to Europe. While the emails come in daily, they do keep you informed and are continuously working to find you the best price for the exact flight you wish to take. I’m already looking forward to my next trip.

Been using Passport Premiere for many years. They issue alerts of fare sales, they allow you top hold a fare while their system monitors for lower fare (while preserving the fare you held), they offer advice (via email or phone). Their customer service is great. And there allow you to travel in luxe at sometimes close to full coach fares. You will not be disappointed. But you have to use them and you have to work a little on your side to get what you want - vies Passport Premier as a great ally to great travel!

This is a completely different approach to international air travel. John Schwartz always provides shrewd insights into the mysteries of ticket pricing. Weve saved many thousands of dollars while still racking up frequent flyer miles. Thank you.

After deleting emails from this organization for > 2 years, I decided to give it a try. Paid the $400 fee in advance of going on a trip to Europe. Saved about $2000 the first time I used it. Got the itinerary that I wanted (almost exactly). The fare monitor feature almost saved me an additional $1400 but I wasnt attending to my email for the brief time over thanksgiving when the BUY IT NOW emails were screaming for me to buy it. Even so, I saved a lot of money but will probably save more next time. Finally, when I went to confirm, a super friendly man spent a substantial time helping me decide whether I would be better off buying a first class ticket. He made a great case (I would have gotten an entire extra round trip for about $1200), but I wasnt sure that I was going back in the right time frame. It ended up feeling a bit complex and risky for me, but as I gain confidence with this organization, I will probably follow his advice next time.I will definitely be renewing my membership.

Fabulous experience every time! Round-trip fares for overseas travel are always a challenge to book, but Passport Premiere takes the stress out of booking it myself and searching for the best times and airfare. The customer service is fabulous and I would highly recommend using them for all your travel needs.

I used Passport Premiere for an international flight between Melbourne and New York and managed to obtain a business seat for the price of an economy. The ad popped up on Facebook and I clicked it out of interest; I can safely say this is the best impulse ad click I have ever made.Their unique system allows flyers to view the lowest fare over the past year for the desired flight and this really assisted with the timing of my ticket purchase to coincide with the repeat of that low fare.These guys saved me so much money so I cannot recommend them more!

Saved $4000 on a single flight - I am a new user of Passport Premiere and travel to Germany frequently. Searching for a flight for an upcoming trip in October showed all Business Class flights at a minimum of $7100! As a Platinum Business member with American Airlines, this is the carrier I prefer but, I searched all carriers for a lower fare without success.After creating a trip search on Passport Premiere, it came back immediately with a special fare, on American Airlines of $5400 however, they recommended I use Fare Monitor and wait for a lower fare. I waited and weeks later, received an email showing that the flights I wanted were now available for $3100. Needless to say, I booked my flights with them at $3100, thus saving $4000 on this one flight, vs. what was available directly from the American Airlines.Any personal or business traveler would benefit from using this service and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling for business! 5-Stars!!

I have been using Passport Premiere for a number of years with good results - saved money on overseas business travel ... just you have to be aware that any changes no matter how minor like changing time or day of flight or even clarification of middle name once you purchase your tickets is practically impossible ... this past purchase that I made I was upset at the attempt to have me pay a significant optional service charge so that Premiere would address any issues that may arise regarding the tickets I purchased that the carrier airline does not handle ... I cant think of any issue regarding my tickets that the airline cannot or will not handle so I rejected the optional extra service charge from Premiere but it still bothers me the ripoff attempt ... I check one other firm offering similar services and they did NOT have the service charge and equaled the price quoted by Premier ... I went with Premier anyway because their past track record gave me more confidence ... very respectfully in my opinion the new service charge attempt is NOT a good idea ...

I really had NO IDEA that business class fares could drop 90%. I checked it out, watched the Passport Premiere video and there it was. A $4,000 business class ticket down to $656 on election day. At first, that didnt make much sense but then they explained why. Airlines panicked after the election was finalized, and cut prices. Passport Premiere members saved BIG.....Without Premiere, you have almost NO CHANCE of flying business class at coach prices. Earn full miles, no stupid co pays, no nothing. Just buy business class cheap.

I ve wanted to try business class but it ALWAYS seemed TOO EXPENSIVE. I often wondered, WHO PAYS $7,000 to fly to London or $10,000 to China. Then, Passport Premiere clued me in. NOBODY (or next to NOBODY) Its all a mirage airlines created to trick travelers into paying more either with cash or miles . Airlines then cut fares to fill seats, but dont tell anyone. Now, they do thanks to Passport Premiere!
