Arnold was prompt in checking out my unit when it wasnt producing cool air. He inspected the entire system and determined the issue through thoughtful deductions and tools. He is always straight to the point and very knowledgeable. Great service!

I have used Pronto Service Pros twice now, separate issues, and they are excellent. Everyone is kind and helpful. The technicians know what they are talking about and they explain everything well enough for me to sort of understand how HVAC systems work. Our last tech, Matt, was very helpful and courteous. I swear my AC was only out for like 3 hours and I havent had any issues since.

Hilda was supremely professional and knowledgeable. She kept us informed every step of the way. Attempted to refill my aging system to try to get me through the summer season, but the compressor was bad and it went out while she was working on it. She quoted a new system very reasonably priced, kept in contact when the original unit quoted was out of stock and found a good replacement at a lower cost. Showed up 15 minutes prior to the appointment time but did not intrude until invited in. She answered every question, very personable, very compassionate.Im glad I have a card, because any time I need maintenance or a friend needs a referral, I will definitely pass along the contact information without hesitation.

I definitely recommend Pronto Service Pros for any AC install. Austin was very professional and courteous. Plus they beat out 3 other contractors i had called when it came for a price quote. These guys know their stuff. They did an awesome job installing my unit. Hilda did the follow up, after the job was done to make sure everything was running correct. She’s also very knowledgeable and very professional. You cant go wrong hiring these guys. I know I didn’t.

Hilda was amazing! She came out in the morning to evaluate our issue and I was not ready to make a decision on buying a new unit at that time. I called back at 2:30 in the afternoon and she came back out at 5:30 to start a installing my new system. She worked tirelessly until almost 1:00 am to get it done. As impressive was the fact that a team from Tampa came to St Cloud to help. I very much appreciate that Pronto provided an entire team of people to get my home back up and running with same day service. She worked so hard!!! We will only use Pronto from now on!

Dave and Lane were on time, friendly, and personable. They were just over 4 hours installing a new Central Air system. They were excellent. All debris removed and cool air is again visiting my condo. Best price too.

Pronto was great to work with. They were quick to respond, and within a day of confirming, they had the system installed. A couple of bumps because my phone was out of service, but dispatch worked with me through email and chat to get things done. Theyre flexible and very friendly. I had originally planned to have the work done by the original installer, but Matts attitude changed my mind. They also scheduled a quick follow-up, which was much appreciated.

I had a simple clogged a/c drain pipe. Tech was not forthcoming with an estimate and I had to ask a number of times before getting a number which was very high. I declined the estimate. I would recommend but with caution. Always ask for an estimate before the tech starts the work. Also, the Thumbtack service call clearly says zero charge. Not true! So again ask when you call so you arent deceived by there advertising.

When I originally contacted Pronto Service Pros, I explained that the first floor of my home was warmer than the second floor. When Hilda initially arrived to the property, she told me that the second floor is often warmer than the first due to warm air rising. I told her that I did not have an issue with the second floor being warmer than the first; in fact, the second floor was cooler than the first. Hilda then inspected the handler, condenser, and ductwork in the attic. Hilda didnt notice anything wrong with the system other than a deficit of Freon and had suggested that a leak test be performed. When I questioned Hilda if a lack of Freon would cause the difference in temperature between the two floors, she said yes, even though her explanation did not seem to make sense. After instilling the dye into the system, Hilda stated that I would receive a phone call from the office scheduling a follow-up visit. After two days, I had yet to receive a phone call from the company so I decided to reach out through the Thumbtack app. I was told that an appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon and that I would receive a phone call from the office with an updated time in regard to Hildas arrival. I never received a phone call; however, Hilda arrived on the property and completed the leak test. Hilda told me that she could not find a leak, but that she added more Freon to the system. Hilda then came into the home and noted that the air coming from the vents was cooler downstairs compared to her previous observation. I told her that wasnt the issue; the issue was that despite how cold it was downstairs, it was always colder upstairs. Hilda told me that she would then return later in the week with her manager to further investigate the ductwork. Once again, Hilda told me that I would receive a phone call from the office. After not receiving any phone call from the office, I contacted the company through the Thumbtack app. A representative told me that Hilda did not find anything wrong with the system as the second floor was warmer than the first. I corrected the representative, stating that the second floor was cooler than the first and that Hilda should not continue to make promises in regard to revisiting the property if she is not able to do so. The representative told me that this is outside of Hildas scope and that any appointments need to be scheduled with the office. I responded by saying that this needs to be a conversation that is had with Hilda, not the me, the client. I was then told to adjust the louvers. Once again, I stated that the representatives recommendations did not match Hildas and, therefore, a conversation needed to be had with her in regard to her work. My issues have yet to be resolved; however, the company has received payment for a problem that persists.

On April 1st of this year Pronto Service Pros installed an air conditioner unit into my home. At the time of the install there were different owners in my home. One key selling point in buying my new home was the new air conditioner system that they installed two months prior to me purchasing this home. A brand new air conditioner in this sellers market is huge and it was not lost on me. Upon being in the house for three days the unit (now 3 months old) stopped working. We went into the attic and discovered the pan was full of water and the unit itself is not level it appears that trusses were also cut. We went through the previous owners paperwork and discovered Pronto Service Pros had installed this unit on 4/1/21. My husband drained the pan and flushed the line. This did the trick for about 7 hours. We knew Pronto Service Pros want to get out here and help us with this issue because they are the done right for less company. Matt showed up (he told me he is the area service manager) hed did not give the warm friendly vibes of someone whose company who did an improper install of the Rheem air handler. What do you know Matt decided the unit was clogged (is this something that should happen every few hours? Clear the clog, ac for a few hours, clear the clog, sounds fantastic! I explained to Matt the clog had already been cleared and asked if there was something more he could do. I also told Matt at this time we were aware that the unit was installed WITHOUT a permit and it was leaning forward, the tonnage on the air handler and the compressor were mismatched. Matt replied we can pull a permit now. Im 100% sure that is not how it works. After I mentioned this to Matt his attitude completely changed. He explained to me since I was not the elderly woman who spent over $5K for the unit and had to sell her house for money to pay for her ailing husbands health care that Pronto Service Pros installed there was nothing Matt could do to help me. I asked him if I could talk to the owner of the company. He would not let me. I asked him for the owners name and number. Matt refused to provide me with it. Matt told me that they were on Google and other social media sites. Hello mystery boss! Are you the man behind the curtain? When I tried to call Pronto Service Pros to talk to the owner. I found they had blocked my number. I read about this tactic Pronto used on other review sites. Matt will explain how two men followed a senior citizen and a young woman around with his cell phone in the front yard screaming and swearing at them. Or he wont! Hello Pasco County Inspectors!! Hello Department of Business and Professional Regulation!! Pronto Service Pros seems to hire members of the Tik Tok community to take video of their clientele and tops it off with absolutely abhorrent unprofessional work! Mind blowing that they would not want to do the right thing for a a 4 month old unit.

This company showed up and ripped out ductwork and left. Left my Dad with no AC, he can see clear through to the ground through his vents in the floor in his bedroom. He has health problems and now hes sitting in his house in 90° weather with no air conditioning. They left a mess in front of his house, their work suits, tools, duct work they ripped out and just walked off the job. He has tried to call them several times about this and never got anyone to answer him so now we are calling the lawyers. Terrible way to treat a senior citizen, shame on you!

I did a lot of research on AIR CONDITIONING Companies prior to our selecting PRONTO SERVICES.I lookout and try to care for an elderly woman, 90 yrs old and lives alone. Her name is PAMELA.I made an appointment with the Agent and installer to assess what was needed to provide a system that has not worked for over a year. You may imagine what that might be like living in Florida with all the extreme temperature changes we insure. From the time that we first met HILDA at the home that needed service and laid out a plan to replace and update her old system including an outside power box. All new electrical lines and a new thermostat inside her home.Understand PAMELA was relying on fans to help cool in the summer and space heaters in cold months for heat.HILDA got us in touch with ESTER in their office to see how to work out financing and look for any and all discounts that available to assist her. We heard back the next day with an affordable plan that would work for her. THANK YOU ESTER. HIlda and ?JOHN, not sure of his name, were there in 2 days, early in the morning and worked until it was completed.They were not only efficient and extremely professional but HILDA went above and beyond with her attention to PAM and even brought her fresh croissants on the morning of the install.On behalf of PAMELA and myself we thank you all and greatly appreciate all you have done.Claire Hovious

He did not try to upsell me and gave me a great and fair price. His team came out the next morning and installed my new AC unit and they were wonderful! Pronto Service Pro’s are great!!! This is the second time we have used them. I worked with Arnold previously and he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice! Everyone I have worked with is extremely nice- very refreshing in these days and sometimes hard to find trustworthy companies/people- these guys are! Arnold, Matthew and Michael came to install a packaging unit on our town house roof. Everything went extremely smooth from the first call to installation. Arnold is great to work with! We talked with him regarding pricing, etc. for this service as well as a previous service call. All 3 guys were very professional and so nice and went the extra to make sure we understood everything. The reason Im not a client is because you guys didnt show up this morning at 8:30 am and did not call. No call no show no business from me. Therefore if you cant make it to an appointment on time you can not do the job either. You should have called during the time frame to say you were going to be late instead of at 11 to tell me you would be at my house in 40 minutes. Thats no way to conduct a business. Poor poor poor customer service.

I would absolutely recommend this company. The service man was prompt, polite and super efficient. He fixed the garbage disposal, unclogged the sink in one bathroom and the bathtub in the other bathroom. He did all of that in about 45 minutes.

I thought I had a leaky pipe under the mobile home. The guys were on time and very professional. They searched for a leak and didnt find one. They were thorough with the search. There was no charge to me. I have their company phone number in my phone in case I need anything worked on the home.

My parents have been having issues with their a/c and were told by another company they would need to replace their unit. The quote from the other company seemed very high so I looked around and found Pronto. I happen to live in Connecticut and help my parents out with stuff like this. I called the office late on a weekday and explained to them what had happened and that I needed an honest quote and someone we could trust. Arnold went out to my parents home the next day and provided them with a no cost quote for both a replacement unit and repairs to their existing unit in case my parents weren’t ready to replace. Arnold took photos of their existing unit and emailed them and the quotes to me so I could review them and go over them with my dad. My dad is hard of hearing so these photos and a very nice conversation with Arnold explaining what was needed helped me to be able to explain things to my dad. It’s not every day that a company goes out of their way like this. Thank you so much Arnold!!! I’ll be giving you a call soon to let you know their decision.

Nice folks, gave a free estimate. No doubt they do a good job. I just found a small family owned business that did the job for half the price.

I sent in a request for a technician in the evening, I got a call firs thing in the morning, and he was there in the early afternoon. He explained what was wrong, gave us the quote, and then fixed it. House is cooler now, wife and kids are happy, and the cost was fair. Highly recommend.

Pronto Service Pros were extremely prompt in responding to my service request. Their technician James did an outstanding job. He replaced several light fixtures for us and installed 2 whole house surge protectors. In the course of working he found a very serious problem with one of our electrical panels that was arcing. He replaced the box in a timely and professional manner. James is a genuinely nice individual who went above and beyond to make sure our home was safe.

The Service Rep Rick was incredibly efficient and accurate with his work. I was totally impressed with his expertise and would gladly have him back any time I need Prontos services.

Only Hvac vendor that made scheduled free home estimate out of the three contacted through home advisor. Technician Arnold provided all the information to make an informed decision...even followed up visit with a reduced estimate to earn our business. Unfortunately, we still werent able to afford the desired product at this time. Will use Pronto in the future for their professionslism and customer concern (after saving more funds for the project!).

Mike, Master Electrician and Apprentice Cam were great and I am well satisfied with the work they did. That being said, it took weeks to accomplish because, in my opinion, they were spread too thin and couldn’t seem to be scheduled to finish a job in progress. Busy time of year understandably, but communication and job prioritization were lacking. Manage my expectations and do what you say you will do. No shows, no call back when promised or response from owner when I asked for him to call made me feel my job was less important than others and it was disrespectful of my time. That being said, I believe they have good people who struggle with a broken process just like the customers do. I have a service contract with them for HVAC and Plumbing with a quote for plumbing work. Will have to think hard if I will move forward with them because of the level of frustration on this job.

Nick was able to swing by within a couple hours of us calling for a quote on sewer line and internal cast iron piping replacement, among other things. He was very nice and also very thorough explaining the issues and what needs to be done. Very appreciative of the effort he put into it. He’s definitely worth the call if you have plumbing needs!

Scott was great he was the only one willing to help me install a sink when I called about 5 other companies. He also educated myself and my husband on things to check around the house and he also fixed a leak too . I will always call Scott to come and help me in the future with other issues . He was professional, he actually shows you how to do things as well as he’s very patient and he’s willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done . Pronto lived up to their name yesterday. Christine responded to my call within 10 minutes and had Nick looking at our problem before lunch. Nick assessed our plumbing issues and had Dustin at the house within two hours with all the parts needed. Three toilets were rebuilt, showers and tubs cleared and caulked, and a new kitchen faucet ordered by 5 PM. They were quick (PRONTO), effective, and communicated clearly on each issue we had. Their analysis of each problem was complete, their estimate was concise and reasonable. They have now provided me with a drywall guy and are coming out to fix the duct that got wet. They are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.
