Excellent from the initial quote to the review to the day of installation. The install was done near the end of June in Tarpon Springs, FL and it was brutal in the attic. They did a great job and got everything completed in 1 day. A month later we are very happy with our new AC (and it looks like our AC bill will be dropping about $130/month). Their communication from the home office was great, and they were early the day of install. They even came out a day before to do a little prep work to make the install earlier. Overall a great experience. We would highly recommend them for quality, professionalism, and service.

I can not say enough about the service I received from Dana Heating and Air. They were able to have two if their technicians (Jessica and Paul) to my house within 4 hours of my call. They arrive on time and were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Jessica and Paul were incredibly friendly (to myself and my animals), knowledgeable, and kept me informed through out the entire process. After multiple component problems with my 15-year old Carrier Infinity, I decided it was time to stop throwing good money after bad and replace my entire unit. I had just paid someone $750.00 to repair it and after three service visits, 2 replacement parts, and new refrigerant, I was promised Id be up and running. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The technician threw up his hands, told me I would need to obtain a second opinion and got in his truck and drove away! After some research, Dana Heating and Air came highly recommended. I called and one of their senior technicians along with an associate stopped by the next afternoon. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, the second one to go bad within 14 months. Nick, the owner chatted with me at length via telephone and offered me a deal on a brand new unit that I couldnt refuse. He accepted a small up-front deposit and arranged a very fair payment plan that I could live with. They showed up as scheduled, on time and ready to roll. Shortly thereafter, I was up and running and finally feeling comfortable again. Now I have a 10-year warranty, a company that delivered everything they promised and one I know I can rely on. What a wonderful experience. I give them 5+ stars for their efficient, caring and professional service. Thank you again guys! I couldnt be happier.

Charged me $260 left the house air not working promised a call back three days later called with a price of almost $5000 to repair a 20+ year old AC unit ! Not kidding
