I’ve had good experiences with them over the years. They installed a while new system for us about 7 years ago. In the time since they’ve been great to work with whenever we’ve had the need to call. Techs are timely, friendly, respectful of your home, and knowledgeable. Pricing is quite fair. We plan on continuing to use them and have recommended them to friends.

2 cool is the best! We had an emergency with a rental property. The tenent was working from home, the temps were in the 90s, and we were getting set to sell the house. My friend Robby Jones came to our rescue. He got the unit cooling temporarily so they could get through the weekend, and got us a new system installed that weekend. 2 Cool was great to work with. When my home warranty company finally allowed me to use my own vendor, I contacted 2 Cool. They worked with the home warranty company on my behalf and installed a new high efficiency air conditioner in my home. Their technicians were on time and did a very thorough job. They took the old system out, installed the new unit, explained the nuances of the new unit, and cleaned up everything before they left.Because I had been without ac for 3 weeks when I was finally able to use my own vendor, 2 Cool made my install a priority and had the install done two days after the approval from the home warranty company. My family and I are very grateful for the professionalism and personal care that 2 Cool provided.

We had an evening last month where the AC went out at our home. I called a few places and found 2 Cool AC who was able to come out that same evening. Turns out the owner, Jeff Munger came to the home to fix the problem. It ended up as a fairly simply problem (capacitor on the condenser unit) and was a fairly straight forward fix. I realize that it was an evening call so I didnt complain about the $275 bill. I realize that capacitors are roughly 20 bucks and it is pretty easy to install them. On any other day, I would have raised a bit of a fuss with this high of a repair bill, but I digress.My only real issue was with Jeff and his social unawareness of others. We are in a very intense political environment right now and we do not all share the same views. Jeff would not stop talking about how amazing he thinks his candidate is and would not stop bashing the opposition. I happen to be a strong conservative supporter and did NOT appreciate his unsolicited opinions. I do not feel good about spending my money with a company who does not hesitate to cram political views on customers. I would not hire this company again based off of this experience.

Troubleshoot down old ac unit-air handler and replaced both. AC technician came out on a Sat. Tried to get 15 yo system down for days running. No luck. Had brand new Bryant high efficiency replacement unit installed in a day by Tues. Knowledgeable, nice to work with. Thank you 2 Cool AC!

My A/C died on me Monday morning. Called a company I will not name to come out for a service call. The technician did his thing and told my wife and myself that the compressor was bad and being a 17 year old system he recommended a new system. Total cost $7000.00. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, so I called 2 Cool Air Conditioning. Their service Manager, Robert came out and asked what I needed and what I wanted done. Told him what had transpired and he insisted on checking the compressor himself. After determining that the compressor was indeed not bad, he found a broken wire leading to the compressor. He fixed the wire, the compressor worked and our a/c system started blowing cold air again. Total cost $75.00. I can not recommend 2 Cool Air Conditioning with enough vigor to justify what Roberts honesty and integrity meant to me. When our a/c system finally does die for real, we will not hesitate to call 2 Cool A/C for the replacement. Thank you so much to Robert and the folks at 2 Cool A/C.

I searched this company on google and read a review that said they are honest and at the end on the day that’s what we all are looking for.I had a different company called “STAY COOL AIR CONDITTARPON” Come out to my rental property first and they gave me an estimate on almost $3,000, then I had this company go out to my same property only to find out it was the filter and the drainage pipe needs to be cleaned out!!!Anyways I don’t do reviews but this company really deserves the best reviews God bless them.

Weve been customers of 2 Cool since we purchased our home in 2013. Beyond annual maintenance, they have installed a new condenser, air handler and heat pump and just recently, new ductwork and added returns in the bedrooms. All of our experiences have been awesome! Highly recommended and Marcia is geart to work with.

We moved into a new house and wanted the vents checked and a quick maintenance done on the AC. They scheduled us quickly and came out within a day or two of our call. Great service and friendly technician.

Robert was here on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and presented me with several options. He took the extra time to take my blower wheel apart and found the object that fell down in it and caused the problem, at which point the system worked fine again. He could easily have not done that and charged me for a $1000 part. I SO appreciate his honesty! I still need to get the system replaced eventually and will definitely be using 2 Cool to do it, since I trust them to deal fairly with me.

We had the service manager come out after our upstairs ac unit stopped working. Come to find out our lines were completely clogged up and our fan in the unit stopped working in addition to some other things. He cleared both lines in our upstairs and downstairs because he was thorough enough to check both and was able to completely replace what was broken down in our upstairs unit in less than 4 hours. In addition to all that he gave me great advice on how to properly maintain our ac to prevent further build up and issues in the future. Thank you!

So, we have been without air for 11 days. 90 degrees in the house until night time. Wrong parts came in, last AC company screwed up etc etc. you get the point. BUT, Austin came out today and worked diligently on getting our AC on and working so that our young kids can be in the house without sweating to death!!! He (Austin) worked until it was done, without any exceptions! There was no (it’s too late or I don’t have the right parts). He figured out a way for me and my family to have nice cool air in this hot summer and it worked beautifully. A huge thank you to Austin and to Marsha(sp) for being patient with me in this very difficult time.

Our ancient a/c system could not keep up with the Florida heat anymore so we called up 2 Cool Air and they sent out a technician that same day. Robert came out due to bad smell through a/c system. He unplugged the expensive UVA light and cleared up the air! He said it was way too powerful for my small home so was sending out too much purifying elements to which I am apparently allergic. I have spent thousands of dollars before with multiple a/c companies and mold removers unnecessarily. I highly recommend them!

Marcia was super polite/helpful and followed through exactly as promised. Scheduled a visit to my place the next morning and arrived on time with a courtesy call when en route. Im clueless with this stuff, but did my best to describe the issues to Robert (Service Manager) who diagnosed within moments, and confirmed when he opened it shortly thereafter. They had the parts on site right away and had me back up and running in no time for extremely affordable pricing.I hope I do not have any other issues a/c issues any time soon, but if I do I know who I am going to call without hesitation (and I will be referring any friends/family who are in need as well).

Our AC kicked the bucket on a Thursday and by the 3rd quote the gentleman with 2 Cool AC was honest about the size of a replacement unit we needed while the previous tried to up sell bigger AC units. We called 2Cool Air to come out for a second opinion when we weren’t getting the proper service from our existing company. When I called they were super polite and professional, they scheduled a visit right away and even called to let me know they were on the way. They identified several issues with the ac unit and educated me in the process. They didn’t even charge us for the visit! I definitely recommend 2Cool Air for service!

Our heat went out during the coldest FL week of the year. 2 cool came out the same evening, found the problem (a 14 year old system), and gave us options to meet our needs and budget. 2 Cool Air Comes Through Again!2 Cool installed a great Bryant a/c at our home a couple of years ago and we love it: efficient, predictable (no wide variances from the set temperature) and top-notch service from the company. Weve had a couple of annual inspections/preventative maintenance calls and been very pleased.However, lightning from a recent afternoon thunderstorm apparently hit close enough to our house to create a problem because we found it was 81 in the house at 7:00 PM. We made it through the night by using fans and opening some windows, but you can bet had 2 Cool out first thing in the morning.It turns out it was not a simple fix, but Owner Jeff and technician Robert worked with us to not only repair the system but to improve it with a couple of add-ons that should prevent any similar problems in the future...all for an amazing final price.I cannot imagine calling on any other company for a/c service or recommending any other company for a/c sales. 2 Cool is the greatest! I called and complained that my thermostat was not shutting off my air was running 24/7 my light bill is outrageous air conditioner is not even 3 years old but they did not replace the thermostat when they installed the air conditioner the thermostat is now gone or not working right they came very nice men that came and they did not have the right thermostat my house that was on Tuesday and I spoke to someone in the office today Wednesday and was told they had to order the thermostat and this will not be fixed until probably late Friday afternoon Meanwhile my air conditioner will not shut down

After calling several other a.c. companies & getting mostly the same answer from them all, 5-7 days to get someone out & the prices over the phone were quite high! We called 2 cool, they came out same day & they got our system replaced same day. Very fast & nice workers . Couldn t be happier With the new ac, my elec. Bill has been lower than the water bill for over 4 months now! Not scared to run the heat either! Love our new heat pump system! Thanks 2 cool

I called 2-cool A/C because my downstairs air conditioner was not blowing cold, this unit is 14 years old and I was fully expecting to replace the unit, when the service tech C.J. arrived, he was very polite to my wife and I, after about 30 minutes he let us know there was a leaking valve, and he repaired it the same day, The reason for this review ( I typically dont write reviews :-) but I cant remember the last time I told a service person yeah this is a 14 year old air conditioner, how much is it going to cost to replace it? and the answer from the 2-cool service tech was I am going to inspect your unit before we speak about replacing it WOW I was blown away, and he was correct !! Unit is now repaired and blowing ice cold, for a fraction I was expecting to pay for a new unit. Thank you 2-Cool ; Marcia & C.J. 😀

Had water coming from somewhere in the attic, seemed to be from the air handler or an ac line as there was nothing else near the spot. Had a tech come out and run a test as well as hop up in the attic and state my coil was bad and needed a whole new air handler. Family friend who used to work in ac industry took a look the next day, the line was just plugged up and needed to be cleared as the drain pan was over flowing. If i had gone with their advice i would have spent between $1500 - $3000 on a new handler. Not sure how the tech didnt see the pan full of water.
