Horrible maintenance. Never Clean in the back area. Concerned more about crime then the tenants. Make them worth living different maybe they will! Spiders around doorways. Paying for amenities that arent even available, there is no basketball goal yet there is a basketball court. There is no tennis court even though there is a tennis court area. They are only using one swimming pool, even though there are two. honestly the New Orleans East apartment complexes through and through are unsatisfactory! This city needs to do better no, when it comes down to providing housing for young adults or new people moving into the city, especially New Orleans East

I called to ask if there were any two bedrooms available before I could even finish the question the guy said no and hung up before I could ask anything else. I wouldn’t want to move nor recommend anyone to move in to these apartments with that kind of customer service

A beautiful residence adorned with abandon and dirt. it is a pity the administration does not serve there is disorder and dirt everywhere, the residents are dirty and disorderly they do not want this place there is no motivation and there is plenty of abandonment and the desire not to work

A gated complex with security guard greetings.The apartments are nicely layed out.. Public transportation ( RTA) is there if you dont have a car..

This pretty quiet and I enjoy watch the ducks in the pond

This place is okay i guess. If you live on the 1st floor its renovated but the second or 3rd floor its very old like. There is a slight roach problem. If you handle it by using store product like roach traps they will go away. U can here the inner state late at night but otherwise it is pretty peaceful

Not the best ... be careful with your car theyre always looking to tow something. I personally think they get a cut for giving the tow company business... the buildings could be better and trash is always outside the dumpsters. 👎 wouldnt recommend it

The apartments are nice, but the tenants that stay there are gettho and crack heads walk all day and night. The security grauds gets on my nerves. I will never stay back there again. People hang in the stair ways and it just straight gettho .

Pretty decent. Quiet in my section of the building. Just annoyed sometimes with the old people outside blocking my entrance way! Security sucks, Im safer on my own than with the rentacops that keep passing through there chillin.

The apartments has gone down.... the apt manager used to be on top of it all but now it’s like she don’t care, trash is outside the dumpsters, the gate is always broken, junkies hanging out more and more . Only the front of the apartmesnt is kept half way decent, the security tries, the office staff have the WORST ATITUDES EVER! IT needs a major upgrade, MAJOR, The apartments have the potential to be great but it’s turning into a MESS

You get what you pay for. The premise is kept tidy. The apt is spacious but does a a pest problem. It is a gated community with security that is lazy and only wants to sit.

I visited my sick sibling, the apartment is nice.

This is Jonathan Fowler Sr. Do not rent here. I have leased here for 2 years in apartment AA 34, there is a rodent and roach infestation. Latter and Blum will discriminate against you for disabilities, which my childrens mother suffers. We have 2 children, one 36 weeks and the other 2 years old, we never missed a rent payment in 2 years and we are evicted for unknown meanings. My dishwasher flooded my apartment every 3 months without fail, they bought a new dishwasher at the beginning of my second lease but it was not installed properly and continued to flood my apartment every 3 months. The leasing office management is terrible. Ms. Aloha is very professional, though underhanded in her business dealings, and her staff is deplorable and callous. Daily, the apartment complex is littered with drug dealers and fiends.

This place is horrible it is filled with crack headed roaming all night long. The office staff tries to treat everyone like they are illiterate and stupid. I only checked 1 star because I had to click something to post.

I havent stayed in these apartments and thank God I wasnt in a corner to move there. They stay having police over there. They stay shooting. These apartments ARE NOT somewhere you wanna bring your babies to live around. Its not safe there.

The management are horrible and its not safe to leave there they dont fix anything as a Resident all there care about is rent....
