I rented from Dorian Bennett back in Nov 2013 - Feb 2017. I wanted to write my review today based on their CFO; Mrs. Mar Paulson. Who answered my phone call just the other day. She also took the time out her day to listen to my call. Being that Im a complete stranger to her, I was impressed by her professionalism. I was requesting Dorian Bennett Reality to complete a document on my behalf and even after I disclosed of being evicted in Feb 2017. She continued to listen to my call, she took down the information I gave her,and repeated right back to me to make sure she had it correct. But most importantly she completed and submitted my document the very same day.Ive never met Mrs Mar Paulson but I would like to thank her for help : )LGBT: I havent been to the office in the Marigny since 2017 but there was a Realtor there name Micheal Blaine. Working with Patrick has been a very enjoyable experience, he made every step of the process very easy on my end. I went with a friend/business partner to Sothebys on Dauphine a year or so ago. The agent seemed OK at the time. Maybe he was bored. But he clearly thought we were not big enough fish for him to bother with. Too bad he didnt pay more attention and return our calls. To paraphrase, I could show you around or I could go do this million dollar deal.Several of us got together and bought an entire block in Bywater. The total value is now close to $1.7 million. Those houses are now being handled by someone else. Theyll get both the front end and back end....more than $250,000.A little respect and a little less snobbery would have paid off.CC
