Worst apartments ever. No one should be living there. They need to be shut down 🤦🏾‍♀️

This place deserves Zero stars!! No air since October 2020 and today is June 2021. Laguna Creek needs Lee Zuriks attention along with all the local and national news stations. My daughter and granddaughter has chronic Asthma cannot be living under these conditions. The panel for the ac unit is filthy!!!! I wish can can upload a picture for the world to see how this company have paying tenants living. If Laguna Creek does not send someone out today I will be contacting all news stations and national news.

Mold mildew trash roaches and mice. They don’t do anything around here but collect rent. Everything is broken and nobody fixes it. Move here at your own risk

If youre looking to move here DONT! I pay my rent on time and Ive been waiting along with other people in this complex for my air to be fixed. When you call the office about a problem they see your caller id & purposely dont answer the phone!

This place is horrible do not rent from them.They have their tenants living in a mildew apartment.Leaks from other apartments in to other apartments not fixed at all and refuse to move them to another Unit.I would not recommend anyone to move here.They charge extra fees when they haven’t fixed anything.

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to move here, my air been broke for that last couple of weeks.. like how is my thermostat is on 50 but it’s 80 degrees in here🥴I called SEVERAL times, I have a one year old child. She’s constantly sweating. I was at work one day and had got a notification saying that my problem was solved. A LIE ! My sister was here, and she said NOBODY came. And that it was STILL HOT.

This property is great the staff members are very sweet and caring they are very professional and they care about the tenant more than the actual property they make you feel comfortable. The maintenance staff is kind of slow but they get the job done. The property is always clean

Moved in beginning of August, and was greeted with warm and welcome arms by Ms. Kellie. She handles everything with efficiency and always gets things done. So far its been a pleasure being here.

Horrible place. Maintence men are great. Managerial staff aweful. Never answer the phone. Ghetto. They say they will call you back and never do. This property has NO MONEY to fix anything. So if something breaks in your apartment you’ll be waiting.

Do not move here! There is no gated entry because the gate has been broken and wide open for over a year. The office is never in and maintenance never fixes anything! Not to mention the bad kids that run around here and leave trash every where! The mailboxes are broke so your mail constantly gets stolen! You can never get in the pool because all the bad kids from the neighborhood and the apartments are always climbing the fence to get in it! There is NO SECURITY!!!!!!!!!! I hate this place!

Ms KELLY IS A VERY NICE AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. SHE HANDLES EVERYTHING YOU NEED TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. THE TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND THEY BOTH HAVE THEIR ON BATHROOMS. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL ALSO.

I currently live in these apartments and despite The bad rumors about the neighborhood, it has been a pleasant experience so far. The apartment manager Kellie is real nice and effective. Everytime I go to her with a problem, She is on it Asap. She really is great! She goes beyond and out her way to make sure (Us) the tenants are satisfied. My neighbors are kind and peaceful. Now Maintence on the other hand can improve some but other than that It is a great place to live.

If I can give 0 stars I would! Front office receptionist ELMA is very rude and unprofessional I did not feel welcome at all. Kelly the Manager is never available so Im forced to speak to this rude receptionist who is no help what so ever. How do i get in contact with someone who is over this women. ELMA says Kelly does not have an email she can be reached

The only reason I gave this place a star is because I don’t c an option to share my experience without. This the worst place I ever live from I have been to New Orleans I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to rent ere even if it’s free my stove and fridge been broken since I move in n this place n these ppl refuse to change them my food in the fridge spoil over n over with No compensation for my food I have to use a stone to level my pot on the stove the oven don’t wrk they send person each time to fix but issue never resolved as they told me owner don’t have any money to replace them I am on time every month with rent to live uncomfortably. If your looking somewhere to live in peace do not rent ere it’s the worst if I can’t break this leases I will be out of ere the day before the leases is up

Kellie has been very efficient and kind. Maintenance crew as well, I care for management but not so much the community or how the owners want to increase rent. But overall good job kellie

The reason I’m giving this apartment a low rating is because I lived back there in 2015. The property manager then Keysha stole my rent one month and file an eviction. The company backed her up even with me having a receipt. When the eviction went on my credit it wasn’t even an eviction! It was property damage! I asked the creditor what kind of damage. They explained the pipes, cabinets, carpet was all set a fire. This was all a lie. I was confused but remembered that when I first moved back there, it was an apartment (which wasn’t mine) that had caught a fire and everything was damaged. I was homeless because of this and I pray I never have to move anywhere in the east again. They will take advantage of the people out there. Make them pay for rent and have them living in the worst places!

1st off..THEY WANNA GO UP $150 ON RENT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE..NO CALL!! NO NOTE ON THE DOOR!! NO EMAIL..I am currently living in these apartments.I hate it there. I just moved back home to New Orleans from California in March. Ive been gone since Katrina. Ive had so many problems living in these apartments since Ive moved in Im not sure where to start. The front gate that requires a card or code to get in is always open or broken which allows people/children from all over the neighborhood to come and hang out and destroy the property. Some kids took a bunch of newspaper ads and set them a fire underneath the staircase. I have a neighbor who has had the police to her house multiple times including the time I had to call them on her and nothing was done about it when I reported it to the leasing office (mostly likely because shes on section 8, shes granteed rent). Ive reported my air conditioning being broken 4 times, theyve sent the same person to fix it and he never does. He flirts with me when he comes up here which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Its 80 degrees in my apartment as I type and I have the thermostat set on 50. Its been 3 weeks, they keep saying its because I live on the third floor. The pool was supposed to open in April. Its July. The pipes in the wall that run water to my washer machine leaked down stairs to my new neighbors apartment. Keisha never takes my complaints serious and leaves poor Kelly to do all the work. Good news; these are the most affordable apartments in New Orleans. Bad news; this is why...

Very Pleasant & Professional my girlfriend lives back there she haven’t had any problems and everyone even including the maintenance guys are nice my mom is actually looking forward to move there next month because of the friendly environment!

Currently live here and I am dying to move in a few weeks. In my 1 year olds bedroom its 90 degrees even at night. I have called, sent emails, wrote letters, and went in. I am done. Not a great apartment complex. Where my apartment is theres a one way exit that people fly through coming in the wrong way. I almost had an accident because someone was flying through. Then she had the nerve to look at me sideways like I was coming up the one way. They have random people sitting by my security door. I hear all kinds of gun shots, and women fighting next to mine and my husband’s cars. Security is never around they ride up service road all day long. Why is my rent going up from $750 to $915 and you dont fix anything? I have been on the “waiting list” for my stove and dishwasher since I moved in a year ago. Im sorry I was in love at first but now im highly disappointed.

This place only cares about money and they lack compassion. I know someone who was robbed at gunpoint and she feared for her safety so she decided to pack up her stuff and leave. She went to the leasing office and they told her she still needed to give a 60 day notice. So they only want your money. Your life is of no value to them.

I really love these apartments the have wonderful set ups in the apartments two bedrooms and two full bathrooms the new manger is so awesome she make sure all business is handle such as maintenance work complaints and a very good problem solver I really appreciate everything they do for the apartments

The office staff is very nice and they make sure everything I need fixed gets done Ive never had a problem with Maintenence everyone treats you as if your family I love that about this community the property stays clean the only thing I dont like is the gates need to be fixed

Horrible, horrible, horrible apartments!! Aside from Ms.Nikki, whose not even a manager but and assistant to Ms. Keisha who is the manager, the place is ran horribly. I moved into my apartment in July, air condition went out in just a matter of a few weeks. Someone came and checked it ONCE since I was there. Not to mention it was infested with roaches, that I had to fumigate myself. No one had an attitude while I was their, especially Ms.Nikki, poor baby was very overworked. If you plan on moving into these apartments please dont. Go to the apartments across the I-10.

Came a few weeks ago agent was rude couldn’t see an apartment because it was raining she didn’t wanna get wet.. I wont be moving there with a person with an attitude like that not a people’s person. I guess she didn’t feel like working but no thanks.

Infested with rodents, the kitchen is all rotting away this complex should be a abandon.

Its a very safe, clean environment the ppl in the office are very helpful and polite. The maintenance guys are always around to help or fix a problem . These apartments are 1 of the best apartments in the East.

I stoped in for my appiontment to check on leasing an appiontment. The level of professionalism was outstanding! The over all experience from the initial phone call to the viewing of apartment was amazing! Now Im a tenant.Thanks Kelly!

Was so far but that location right by the bus and so far no break-ins anything needed to be fixed was done actually its my sister-in-laws house so Im looking forward to rent a 2 bedroom would like to be in the front like around the area of a 10708

This is hower first apartment and we love it we is not going anywhere the employees is nice and friendly and when u need work done they is there to help fix anything that need to be fix in your apartment.

I’m going to give it a three but to kellie she get a 10 for all the hard work that she puts in and for some of the jacked up things she have to deal with. When I had an issue Kellie worked her hardest to get it resolved for me and I know that if they had more maintenance guys more could get done and since they working on things really fix the gates and get security.

My brother just move in his apartment the air been broke since he moved ..they came fix it once...next two days it’s out again ..reminder he have a new born ..with other kids ...it’s still hot as I’m writing ..they gave him a unit but it’s really not working ..still hot he have a two bed room .......I’m just wondering why go up on rent and give him apartment with no air ...I hope his rent be free for this month with noooo air since the First day ......

Its not what i expected look like people been breaking in da doors they all tore up you look like you can eas ily get in the house apartment gates never work pissy smells under da stair way like its the project and.my house wasnt painted right they left black dye all over the sink and never came to get it up or paint over it paint on walls different color whites like they spot painted it tub has stands. Sink drain out slow and toilet barely flush its off-limits. Its bad and oh shall i NOT forget management. is terrible.attitude is very bad just unprofessional

Mangerment is horribleI was told by the manager she wasnt going to resign my lease when it expire because every time something needed to be fixed I reported it, I also took pictures and reported it to the cooperate manager . My Lease ended September 31 2015 and now they sent me a bill 7 months later stating I owe one month rent and cleaning fees even though when I moved in the apartment it was in a horrible mess and I clean the apartment better than they did when I moved out. After getting my keys I did a walk though inspection and had them to change the bathrooms cabinet because of mole, a new dish washer because it was broke, spray for roaches because the roaches was all out of control, put walls outlets because they were in the living area, the a/c unit was making a lot of noise and was not cooling the house and they came fixed it but it still wasnt working so the manager had the nerve to try to put a window unit in my apartment (0ne) to the cool the whole apartment. I asked for (two) she eventually put the two and a ceiling fan. I didnt complain but I left at her wishes and left the property better then I received it all this os happening because of me staying on top of her to fixes things. I wouldnt recommend this property to no one. Mrs Keshia is not a good manager. She talk to the renters like they are garbage especially the younger ladies. Before Hurricane Katrina I knew of plenty people that lived there and that place wasnt like this at all. That was my only reason I used this property for a stepping stone. If you need pictures and emails I plenty to share.

It could be cleaner....and the office should give free Wi-Fi

I just moved in the floor is falling apart the tub don’t stop running I have a flood in the bathroom and the cabinets falling apart I’m going to court on this

I would not live here my first encounter with the leasing office was with the leasing agent and she was very rude with a bad attitude and i personally can’t stay somewhere when i know I’ll have to deal with a person on the regular and they’re attitude is horrible that’s just unprofessional i also have a friend that already stays on the property and he says she has an attitude with everybody which is very sad because i heard she just started so never mind on to the next i rather live somewhere with a peaceful environment.

These apartments is horrible their infested with roaches and they also have rats, and the most they will do to fix the problem is spray pesticides that don’t work.

My mom and myself I am 8 my mom is 65 we are homeless and they played a scam on us. I dont know why they would do this. They took the application and knew it was not going to work then they. Judged my mom by a background check I rate 1 star.

I would give zero stars if I could. I could name a million reasons, but I’ll just name a few. A/C was breaking on & off since we moved in. The maintenance staff claims to fix it, but it always ends up breaking again & there’s a different excuse each time! Water leaks through the walls and ceiling are very common. There was mold covering most of my ceiling due to the constant water leak. There was a wire hanging from my ceiling for months that was supposed to be fixed when I moved in. Don’t even waste your time trying to contact the front office because they won’t answer the phone. Elma has the worst attitude, never knows what’s going on & swears she’s never wrong. Don’t forget about the random charges they add to your rent every month! Kellie and Chelsi are the only good things about this place, at least they try! Maintenance is lazy as h*ll. I moved in October 2020, had to break lease July 2021 because I feared for my family’s health. Mind you, this all happened in a “renovated” unit!
